Mailchimp’s Global Education & Enablement (GEE) team blends the empowerment of our customers and employees in a cohesive and deliberate fashion to make meaningful impacts on the customers’ brand, our product, and business goals. We develop creative, innovative, and scalable educational strategies to support the usage and adoption of the Mailchimp product across the globe.

This position's scope will partner with BPO vendors and also serve as point of contact for ROW sales enablement, particularly in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) and Australia/New Zealand markets.  The position’s objective is to boost sales effectiveness at vendor locations and with our Sales team members outside the United States by implementing Mailchimp's selected sales approach and ensuring adherence to sales compliance standards. When working with vendor partners this person will oversee quality assessment frameworks to enhance quality and conversion rates. With our full time employees, the Manager will be responsible for some training, QA, evaluations, and content delivery at times.

The successful candidate will support our customer-facing teams and our BPO partners by creating impactful sales enablement and product training learning experiences.  This role will help assure our team receives the right training, skills, and solutions while achieving organizational and business objectives.

This position reports to the Sr Manager of Global Training & Enablement and works closely with the Global Enablement & Training team, Sales leaders, BPO partners, and Product Marketing colleagues.  Everything this role does will help ensure consistent exemplary experience for Mailchimp’s customers and employees.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales Enablement
  • 2-4 years of experience in BPO Partner Enablement
  • Experience leading others in different countries and continents
  • Comfort with developing presentation and speaking
  • Strong partnerships with others (sellers, sales leaders, operations, product marketing, vendors)
  • Comfort with ambiguity and driving your own outcomes
  • Ability to work with stakeholders, understand needs and translate vision into a global strategy
  • Adept at using data to drive strategic planning or make business decisions
  • Drive influence through ability to gain idea buy-in from all types of stakeholders through effective communication skills, public speaking, and expectation setting
  • Creative thinker who can re-examine traditional strategies and practices and proactively look for new ideas and ways to improve enablement experiences, and work processes.
  • Experience with Intuit products and Mailchimp is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Lead enablement efforts for ROW (Rest-of-World, Outside of USA) sales and customer onboarding teams, working closely with teams to better understand skill gaps, performance, and learning needs.
  • Drive vendor partner Quality Assurance processes and reporting for vendors in multiple international markets, including USA Sales and Onboarding teams.
  • Design learning interventions in line with Intuit Mailchimp’s methodology, identified performance gaps, and business changes.
  • Develop and refine the sales onboarding process to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Work with content development teams to ensure that all leader guides and partner facilitation material is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Train vendor site partners on the delivery of training content and provide constructive feedback to vendor partners through call analysis and facilitation observations.
  • Partner with vendor sites to coordinate new hire onboarding and training schedules, resolving technical issues with Intuit systems when required.
  • Ensure vendor partners are able to onboard new hires to Intuit systems and equipment, tooling including (but not limited to) Docebo, GSET, Gong.io, shared drives, Slack, Amazon Connect, Seismic.
  • Ensure that the list and access permissions of onboarded and off-boarded vendor partner employees are updated in Intuit's systems and employee list.
  • Train vendor partners how to conduct onboarding as per Intuit’s expectations, including the delivery of Intuit’s sales methodology, accounting workflow sessions, and more.
  • Manage end-to-end project timelines to ensure delivery to the business unit(s).
  • Work with partner sites and Intuit’s / MC’s Content Design team to develop basic training materials to bridge identified performance gaps.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Operations to report on performance and fill gaps as needed.
  • Partner with vendors to track vendor team performance and customer retention and satisfaction to inform gaps.
