As aproduct manager driving the Privacy & Consent capability, you will ensure that Intuit user data ismanaged in a compliant way that puts privacy and control first. You will also shape experiences for howuser preferences are captured and made consistently available across all of Intuit's products.We are looking for creative candidates who love solving complex problems by delving into userexperience data, translating real-life workflows, and defining high scale services. Our team thrives oncollaboration and we're looking for team members with deep technical understanding, customerempathy, and creative grit, as well as a track record of building strong business partnerships anddelivering impactful results.
Qualifications
Qualifications● 3+ years designing and delivering world-class platform products in a Product Management role,especially identity systems or large scale enterprise applications.● Track record in defining and delivering platform capabilities that serve enterprise needs.● Demonstrable technical depth in SaaS software development with strong engagement withengineering and architecture teams● Experience shipping high impact customer facing features.● Demonstrated success in taking data driven approach and delivering impactful business results● Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap● Experience with Agile - being the product owner and establishing clear requirements throughdetailed epics.● Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations andimpactful products● Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking acustomer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer● Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations● Inspiring communication skills - for small teams to executives and larger groups as well● BS or technical degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
Define and lead the vision and strategy for the Privacy and Consent domain as part of Intuit'sIdentity platform.● Provide product thought leadership by identifying critical customer requirements, understandingbusiness goals, defining the product end state, and working with development teams to designuser experiences and scalable services.● Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure and high-scale solutions that areeasy for Intuit product teams to integrate and deploy.● Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, andcommunicating plan, progress and success● Experimenting with data to influence business outcomes.● Drive the roadmap and execution from MVP to significant scale.● Partner with program management to nail project execution and delivery by managingdependencies and plans across different services and teams.● Work closely with the different Intuit business offering teams to understand the requirements,priorities, and drive to a common goal.● Spend time with end-users to understand their pain points, gather insights on how we can solvesome of those big customer problems in a delightful way.● Represent the team in presentations, meetings, customer and partner events internally andexternally.
