One of two fails in the first five years, two of three before they can turn ten.The top pain for small businesses is that the information is spread across multiplesystems which makes them spend a lot of time and energy in keeping track ofthings instead of growing their business and risk losing sight of the business health. This is more true for those looking to sell products on multiple channels includingonline as the ecosystem is not friendly or simple for the Small businesses whostruggle to cope with channel specific rules and processes. The QuickBooksCommerce team aims to solve this pain by bringing inventory, orders from multiplechannels, shipping, payments, reporting, and accounting tools into a singleapplication. The combination of QuickBooks Online & Commerce enables customersto sell in more places and reach more customers, without the headache of having toadminister each channel separately. Understand profitability and get businessinsights without spending hours buried in various channel specific reports.

Qualification
- 5+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role, preferably seller side apps for eCommerce platforms or marketplaces.
- Deep customer empathy and curiosity
- Passion for solving problems (the big ones and small ones)
- A design-thinking mindset
- Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
- Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap.
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on-time and on-budget desktop, web or mobile software product offerings.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously.
- Successful history of delivering customer-driven products designed to create a great customer experience.
- BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an outstanding senior product manager to join the QuickBooks Commerce team.
You will be deeply customer obsessed and passionate about creating magicallysimple solutions so our customers can manage inventory and sell their productsacross channels seamlessly. You will:
- Build customer empathy and provide product thought leadership by interacting directly with customers (SMBs) across segments, tapping on to all available source of customer information (product usage, sales, customer care and others) to understand pain points and identify opportunities
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, high level roadmap and detailed delivery plans for our commerce solutions.
- Use a data/metrics driven product development approach; define success criteria for roadmap items and demonstrate measurable impact on those success metrics
- Ruthlessly prioritize initiatives and work across teams to drive work in other areas that deliver value for your target customer
- Hypothesize, measure and learn: Break insights and opinions into hypotheses, dream up the right test(s), measure with scientific discipline and iterate based on customer feedback
- Own the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release
- Work with and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, customer care, analysts and researchers to deliver best-in-class product experiences.
- Establish strong cross functional relationships, Influence key organization stakeholders and lead change
