Why you should join usThe Go To Market (GTM) Technology team, an extension of Intuit's technology organization, is responsible for delivering some of the most critical experiences seen by every customer in every product across the Intuit Ecosystem. This includes tools critical for personalisation, monetization and experimentation .
The GTM Tech team is a growing team of designers with the charter to reimagine marketing and marketing operations by applying cutting edge interactive-design opportunities such as Generative AI. This team balances bold design thinking of North Star designs, high-level information architecture, navigational design with delivering concrete customer-facing designs.

How you will lead:
- Strategy - Apply strategic thinking to design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences that balance customer needs, business goals, and technological realities across web & mobile platforms.
- Be Bold - Create compelling visions and translate concepts into designs that illustrate simplicity, despite complexity of the system.
- Learn fast - Rapidly explore ideas and complex interactions through prototypes and test your hypothesis with users using a variety of methodologies.
- Facilitation - Lead cross-functional workshops that help to align the team on design vision and roadmap.
- Storytelling - Effectively communicate design approach and demonstrate strong storytelling techniques to inspire the team.
- Managing and mentoring - Coaching and mentoring more junior designers on the team in craft and development of key hard and soft skills.
Qualifications
Qualifications
What’ll get your foot in the door:
- 8+ years of experience in interaction design, product design, service design, or related field.
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, Interaction (Master’s preferred). Alternatively, you are a Certified Usability Analyst(™).
- Demonstrable experience with application of user-centered design methodology (especially user-centered analysis, information architecture, task-flow design, usability testing)
- Demonstrable experience with application of established design principles in your work
Other skills and experiences you will bring:
- Organized, self-directed, efficient and able to manage multiple and complex projects in a timely manner
- Ability to build positive, collaborative relationships across teams/groups/functions
- Effective communicator, presenter, and negotiator
- Experience designing for and working with design systems and reusable component libraries
