Overview

Come join Intuit in a leadership role within the Small Business Group Division as Manager of Assisted Customer Support within the UK Customer Success team. Helping small business customers and Accountants run their business via desktop, online and mobile solutions that save them time. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, energetic and customer-focused Service and Support Manager to lead a team of Assisted Customer Support Specialists who can live and breathe our Intuit values and are passionate about creating a uniquely positive customer experience and showing our customers that we Care about them. What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience leading teams
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn Intuit products
  • Demonstrated results oriented leadership skills, with experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams and departments
  • We are looking for an individual that wants to WOW and deliver for customers, work hard and have fun doing it
  • Excellent communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email
  • Intermediate computer skills including MS Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, accounting, financial services or call centre experience is helpful
  • Experience of bookkeeping or accounting is an advantage

How you will lead

  • Building a high performing team of Assisted Customer Support Specialists by managing, coaching and balancing team and individual goals
  • Manage service delivery experience to our customers through a collection of support channels (phone, email, and chat), supporting social channels (community, facebook and Twitter moderation), and self-help channels (FAQ & content creation)
  • Aligning their team with business goals and Intuit’s four stakeholders (Employees, customers, communities and shareholders) while owning planning, goal setting and achieving results
  • Customer Analytics, Reporting & Insights - Gathering and collating customer insights from the support experience to provide actionable recommendations. Continuously collects and reports data that enables fast, educated actions to eliminate customer pain
  • Effectively communicating and leading change management initiatives cross functionally and inter-team
  • Engaging cross functionally with managers and individual contributors in other business units to drive projects
  • Calibrates and Monitors performance and makes timely course corrections as necessary
  • Owns end-to-end performance management for their staff
  • Solve for customers and deliver an experience so profound that customers love using our products and services and actively recommend them to others
  • Partners across our Horizontal communities to ensure global best practice is applied and maximised
  • Focussed on customer and team digital adoption to drive up customer and team self-help and the identification of opportunities to remove customer friction
  • Learn and utilise specific software tools and problem solving strategies to solve customer issues and ensure local and global strategies are executed at a local and site level.
  • Will support management of partner performance, day to day work completed through a global partner role mindset
