Job Overview

Join the Intuit QuickBooks UK Marketing Team for an exciting opportunity as our Senior Demand Generation Manager a critical role in driving both Accountant and Small Business performance in the UK. You will be responsible for leading development, execution & reporting of our integrated paid media demand generation program, supporting Marketing & Sales in hitting Intuit QuickBooks UK performance goals.

Reporting directly into the Head of Performance Marketing & Media, you will work closely with our Digital Media & Commercial leads, ensuring we have access to industry leading demand generation partners and solutions. Acting as a key marketing & commercial link between our sales, audience & customer teams. With key deliverables being focused around setting up, delivering, forecasting & reporting across the paid media elements of our broad lead generation campaigns. Supporting our marketing efforts on content across sign ups, events, webinars, case studies, white papers etc.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker that is commercially driven and obsessed with finding innovative ways of acquiring new customers, both directly and through strong nurture campaigns.

This role offers a great opportunity for either an experienced agency expert, making their first move into client-side role, or someone with client-based experience looking to make their next move into an exciting, fast moving technology brand.

Qualifications

  • At least 4+ years of experience in leading demand generation initiatives
  • Ability to work closely with the broader Performance Marketing & Website teams to ensure demand generation best practices and data driven website touchpoints for lead generation are installed
  • Ability to design, own and report on a robust media testing plan across demand generation, with the goal of clearly showing impact of campaigns on business performance
  • Proven communication and Influencing skills - working closely with creative and content teams to ensure teams are aware of content requirements
  • Track record of working in cross functional partnerships
  • Experience of sourcing, implementing and maximizing B2B martech such as: Salesforce, Eloqua etc
  • Experience planning integrated funnel demand generation campaigns through: Brand, Display, Video, Content, Whitepapers, Case Studies, Webinars, Events, Research, High Quality Leads, Appointment Setting, Demo, Trial and Sales Enablement
  • Prior experience working in the B2B sector. Experience working with UK Accountants desired

Responsibilities

  • Defining and setting up the UK’s paid media demand generation strategy, technology requirements and media partnerships
  • Ownership of media budgeting, performance forecasting & reporting
  • Analysis on digital demand generation campaign performance across all digital channels and providing consultative strategic and tactical growth optimization to deliver on pipeline targets
  • Manage third party (including who to work with) agency relationships in supporting demand generation delivery
  • Advise go to market teams on best performing creative, formats and journeys to help ensure we are developing best in class lead and nurture campaigns
  • Define tactics to deliver leads for various different campaign types, including product sign ups, webinars, events, whitepapers, gated content, case studies etc
  • Overseeing media measurement/dashboards and insights across key audiences: Accountants, Mid-Market and Large SMBs
  • Assessing the quality of leads and ensuring they are classified correct and that payment models adjust for defined quality metrics
  • Setting the right requirements for partners when defining a lead, such as phone number, desire to be contacted etc
  • Leveraging audience insights: by persona, title, segment, region and channel to drive cost per; lead/mql/sql/customer efficiencies
  • Commercial experience and clear results from Account Based Marketing
