As a Senior Video Producer & Editor, Brand Filmmaking you will lead end to end development and production of video creative across brand campaigns, events and experiences. You will bring a wealth of experience in brand filmmaking and commercial production, with an emphasis on editing and post-production workflows. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role accountable for creative concepting, writing, previsualization and video editing: working directly with design, copy, video and strategy partners and reporting to the Group Manager, Video Creative & Production.

What you’ll bring:

  • Depth of experience producing and editing premium video content and brand films
  • A world-class portfolio of original work that demonstrates your talent and expertise in video editing. We’d like to see examples that showcase your experience in creating commercial, social and branded video content.
  • A collaborative mindset. As a Sr. Video Producer, you will be accountable for end-to-end development, production and editing of video projects both as a singular driver (editor) and as a contributor in collaboration with producers, copywriters, strategists and event managers.
  • An audience-first approach to your storytelling. You’ll use empathy and audience insights to inform your creative.
  • A passion and excitement for all things video and video editing. You love the work and you are a continuous student of the craft.
  • Experience with co-creation and/or design thinking methodologies a plus

 

How you’ll lead:

  • This is a hands-on role leading the creative development and video editing of world class video content for internal and external-facing projects (brand campaigns, organic social, GTM initiatives) and events (live, virtual, and hybrid).
  • You’ll use insights and deep customer empathy to develop and pitch creative concepts.
  • You’ll collaborate to inform overall direction for events and campaigns and translate that direction into premium video content
  • You’ll manage and give direction to external editors, post production partners and agencies
  • You’ll work closely with internal and external video producers and editors managing post workflows for video editing and motion graphics in video deliverables
  • You’ll have open collaboration with creative, strategy, project management, and stakeholder partners. Our team runs on a highly collaborative model of co-creation and design thinking.
  • You’re not content to rest on last year’s success, you are plugged in to culture and get excited by new trends in brand storytelling and experiences.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience developing, producing and editing video content for leading brands and/or agencies
  • Experience integrating motion design in video production and post production workflows
  • Proven record of delivering engaging, creative, premium video deliverables across large and small productions and budgets.
  • Ability to balance multiple productions of varying scope at one time.
  • Excellent creativity and problem solving along with a keen business sense.
  • Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business.
  • A passion for great storytelling.
  • Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships.
  • Strong process and project management skills.
  • Experience and fluency to create elevated motion design a plus
  • Fluency in Adobe Premiere, Google Slides
  • Familiarity with Gsuite, Adobe After Effects, and Figma

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $151000-204500, Southern California $144,500-195,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
