Come join the Intuit team as a Customer Experience Lab (CXL) Expert in our Canadian QuickBooks Online Accountant & ProTax CXL. The CXL team is part of the Global Customer Success organization.  This is an exciting opportunity located in Mississauga where the role is split between innovating solutions & running rapid experiments along with handling premium inbound and outbound Accountant contact types (primarily phone).  We are looking for Experts with Customer Obsession who can live and breathe our Intuit values, are passionate about creating a uniquely positive customer experience & innovating to change the trajectory of the business. The CXL’s JOB ONE is to fuel the success of our customers by driving a frictionless experience with our products through the testing and implementation of innovative ideas, working closely with our cross-functional partners.

What you'll bring

  • High School or GED is required
  • Solve for customers and deliver an experience so profound that customers love using our products and services and actively recommend them to others
  • Learn and utilize specific software tools and problem solving strategies to solve for customer issues and continuously improve our processes.
  • Resolve Accountant customer inquiries by phone, chat, text and email
  • Learn and utilize specific software, tools and troubleshooting strategies to solve for customer issues and continuously improve our processes.
  • Do the right thing for the customer. Ensure that they have the tools and knowledge they need to run their business
  • Implement key initiatives through the CXL to help bring the voice of the customer (VOC) back to the business to drive improvements and changes across the globe
  • Test & learn innovations to measure feasibility and value of ideas & bring learnings back to the business for analysis and implementation
  • Think outside the box to solve big customer problems with resources available

How you will lead

  • Bilingual experience, French & English 
  • Experience in roles in banking, financial services, SaaS, or accounting is advantageous
  • Prior experience in a contact center, retail store or other support function is valuable
  • Exhibits grace under pressure and have the ability to muti-task during escalated calls, using tools & resources to diagnose & resolve problems while gathering insights into the bigger picture
  • Ability to work with complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires review
  • Exercises judgment to determine appropriate action
  • Detail oriented: the ability to properly document and create customer call notes in a computer system using multiple screens of data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, inspiring confidence while leading customers through the steps to resolve issues via phone and email
  • Strong computer skills including experience of MS Office suite, and ability to learn company products, techniques and processes quickly in a training environment and have the ability to transfer learning to the work environment
