Job Overview
The Intuit Media team is searching for an Assoc Marketing Manager, Ad Products & Operations to help drive our advertising platform product vision, strategy and implementation.
You will report into the Senior Marketing Manager, Ad Products to support the end-to-end campaign execution process. You will manage tasks related to development, tagging, trafficking, monitoring, troubleshooting, creative specifications, quality assurance, optimization, and yield management for campaigns. To effectively do this, you will demonstrate a sense of solid troubleshooting and problem- solving skills.
You will have an understanding of digital media technology and programmatic buying. Key partners will include engineering, product managers and data science teams. You will have an understanding of the integration and operations of new technologies such as ad servers, campaign management tools, third party tracking, and other digital media technologies.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of ad operations experience either agency side or within the digital industry (inclusive of DSPs, ad serving companies, ), trafficking large-scale paid media campaigns
- Experience in quality assurance and troubleshooting activities for Ad Ops department (e.g., Third- Party Ad Servers, (CM/Flashtalking), Rich Media, DCO, Viewability/Fraud, Mobile App Tracking, TMS,)
- Development and upkeep of standard operating procedures around trafficking and Q&A, as well as creating custom solutions when necessary
- Work in tandem with analytics team on data capture strategy to ensure proper collection of data for reporting
- Experience working with internal (finance) and external (vendors) to ensure billing and reconciliation processes related to all media spend is accurately captured from beginning to end
- Hands on expertise with The Trade Desk & DoubleClick Campaign Manager third-party ad serving required
- High level understanding in viewability & IVT, analyzing data in Integral Ad
- Science (IAS), MOAT and/or Doubleverify
- Experience with tag vendors including DCM, DV, MOAT, Crossix, and Sizmek
- Familiar with video ad serving formats such as VAST, VPAID, MRAID
- Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- You demonstrate solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to use the results of investigation and analysis to make effective strategic decisions, find and correct errors, and create processes to limit future mistakes
- You are skilled in organizing, planning, and executing projects from conception through implementation
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You have strong attention to detail and are process oriented
- You can work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- You work well under pressure, while maintaining accuracy and professional demeanor Assessors/Alternates
Responsibilities
- Own the full onboarding and trafficking of campaigns across multiple media channels
- Work closely with partners and analytics department to ensure campaigns are being set up correctly and tracked properly, and plans allow them to collect data accurately, efficiently, and effectively
- Coordinate with teams to ensure data (from varied sources) can be easily fed into respective tools and systems
- Acts as the POC for platform/vendor contacts, including escalating blockers/risks as well as to remain educated on industry trends
- Responsible for partnering with internal finance and external vendors for reconciliation of all billing from end to end
- Manage pixels, creatives, and strategies for technical issues throughout campaigns using various tools such as Excel and Tableau
- Support internal and external parties on measurement implementation for specific marketing channels such Display, Search, Social, and Online Video
- Lead the creation and documents related to processes for ad operations workstreams with support from Senior Marketing Manager, Ad Products
- Update documentation as necessary to keep processes up to date
- Troubleshoot technical issue(s) and locate source of problem to be presented and resolved
- Participate and lead in operational duties, including monitoring status of tasks daily, preparing weekly status reports for internal partners and conducting recurring meeting
- Actively lead discussions regarding trafficking strategies, campaign objectives, upcoming schedule, and related operational issues
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is CA $89,030 - $120,452. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
