Overview

Intuit’s new People Experience team is responsible for shaping the experience of Intuit’s people to maximize their potential. We are on a journey to transform how we support our employees; from the way we deliver People products and processes to the digital and high-touch human care we provide in key moments during their time at Intuit. The better we do, the easier we make life and work for our employees around the world. This role will be responsible for optimizing how our employees engage with People content and help through best practices and the latest in experience design and technologies. It includes improving what we have today and executing on a long-term future vision for easy to use, highly automated, personalized and integrated content for our employees.

What you'll bring

  • 8+ years of experience with digital design and/or product management in a People (HR) setting, including leading cross-functional teams and people management and deep expertise working with technology solutions to optimize employee experiences
  • Experience driving transformational change in a People organization to improve the employee experience (for example, experience transitioning to an integrated platform, transitioning to a new content management system integrated with other end-user digital experience)
  • Expert understanding of experience design best practices and principles including, for example accessibility, performance and usability considerations
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and explain data insights, research and proposed digital/technology and other solutions through storytelling and effective presentations
  • Highly collaborative and able to lead and influence others on large-scale, multi-year change in both non-technical and technical roles with a clear vision for employee experiences and a disciplined, driver mindset
  • Exceptional ability to work independently and in small groups of content/communications managers, developers, and large groups of business and enterprise technical teams
  • In depth knowledge of front and back end content and knowledge management systems (preferably ServiceNow) and devices and connectivity capability to a variety of platforms
  • Experience with natural language processing for case management, content management and easy-to-use mobile and web platforms
  • Experience managing content development and development of processes for chatbots / digital virtual assistants for employee processes and services

How you will lead

  • Partnering with others, help research, design and execute short-term optimization and multi-year transformation in how employees experience and engage with People products and services and assisted digital and human help (e., integrated platform, mobile experience), working with the People centers of excellence, analytics and technology team and workforce technology teams
  • Use employee personas, journey mapping and process excellence to simplify and streamline end-to-end employee experiences and make them more delightful both from a human and technology perspective
  • Promote and build capability across the People & Places organization in user experience design, process excellence, content creation, management and governance for consistent end-to-end solutions that solve customer (employee) problems.
  • Integrate employee communications and change leadership best practices into the employee experience
  • Interpret and leverage data insights and coach product and service teams to make data-based decision and increase data acumen in identifying and prioritizing problems to solve, as well as through the creation, launch and continuous improvement phases
  • Provide input into and help create the right operations and reviews with senior leaders on intelligent insights and prioritization of customer problems to solve, including plans for and how we measure resolution
  • Define metrics for success across the People organization focused both on the employee experience and operations that support the experience
  • Lead and develop a team and cross-functional partners with a clear vision and strategy
