Job Overview

Intuit Mailchimp is on a path to becoming an end-to-end marketing platform for small and medium sized businesses. First party data is the fuel of effective, personalized marketing that enables our customers to grow and thrive. Enabling Mailchimp customers to connect to their ecosystem of apps and integrate their critical marketing data in one place is core to achieving our mission of enabling businesses on our platform to double their growth rate.

Mailchimp is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the Technology Partnerships Integrations group, part of the Data Platforms organization. This team is responsible for building and managing best-in-class integration experiences with category-leading partners in various verticals, such as eCommerce, Advertising, Social Media, Website Builders, Payments, and CRM. In addition, the group oversees the API and data infrastructure used by partners, third-party developers, and internal teams.

As the Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting a clear and compelling vision as we transform our integrations experiences to accelerate scaling and position Mailchimp as the marketing data platform leader. You will lead a team of product managers enabling, coaching and elevating performance on the team as well as the broader Mailchimp and Intuit ecosystem. You will define the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with Mailchimp’s broader business goals and product strategy.

This role requires close collaboration with both Mailchimp and Intuit product, design, and engineering teams to deliver comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) solutions that provide durable and differentiated value to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Integration Innovation: Spearhead the Technology Partnerships Integrations team, forging powerful integrations with top-tier partners across eCommerce, Advertising, Social Media, and more.
  • Shape the Data Future: Architect the API and Data Platform strategy, empowering seamless data flow for internal teams and external developers.
  • Drive Strategic Product Roadmap: Define a visionary roadmap aligned with Mailchimp's partnership strategy and business goals.
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive, customer-centric solutions.
  • Cultivate High-Performing Teams: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and external partners, ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Conduct market research and competitor analysis, identifying emerging trends and new partnership opportunities.
  • Deliver Exceptional Results: Drive projects to successful completion, exceeding customer and business expectations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven Leadership and Technical Skills: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred) or equivalent  experienceand 8+ years of product experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role. Clearly demonstrated ability to grow and shape teams.
  • Product Leadership: Deep expertise in creating clear and compelling product vision, roadmaps, demonstrated customer-focused leadership and delivery of outcomes
  • API and Integration Expertise: Proven experience working with APIs, integrations, and third-party developer ecosystems.
  • Partnership and Ecosystem Building: A strong background in building strong product partnerships within key verticals (eCommerce, CRM, Advertising, etc.).
  • Exceptional Collaboration: Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to manage complex products, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep Technical Understanding: In-depth knowledge of API architecture and data infrastructure, with experience leading teams supporting developer environments.

  • Strategic Innovator: Experience in identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends in the technology and marketing landscape, driving innovative solutions that differentiate Mailchimp in the market
  • Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to work closely with architects, designers and engineering teams to re-define and envision bold solutions leveraging the latest technologies that can unlock scale and growth

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $210,500 - $284,500, Bay Area California $217,500 - 294,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
