Job Overview

Come join Intuit as a “Group Manager (Manager, M3), Technical Program Management” with the Development Services and Experiences (DevX) . In this role you will drive and optimize delivery for the DevX organization.You will leverage your broad program management experience to accelerate business outcomes by delivering successfully against high organizational standards. You will draw upon solid analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage your resources, successfully driving a portfolio of vital programs. You will quickly establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout the organization at all levels, and be viewed as a team player and strategic partner.

Responsibilities

  • Drive delivery of cross functional programs composed of our most critical platform/capability initiatives for our DevX team.
  • Lead and develop a team of high caliber technical program managers, creating an environment where they can do the best work of their lives
  • Partner with the DevX PMO leadership team to establish consistent best practices for program execution and craft excellence
  • Become an established leader with cross-functional leaders (PM/PD/XD)
  • Continuously improve the operating framework that enables teams to achieve their goals
  • Provide an informed point of view on our platform strategy
  • Mitigate risk and solve problems through innovative ideas and solutions
  • Be a leader/teacher who role models leadership and domain expertise
  • Demonstrate all Intuit values

 

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Program Management and 5+ years of experience managing program teams in a technology environment
  • Strong technology background, preferably direct software development experience
  • Strong program management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, lead long-term programs, and to manage multiple programs simultaneously within a program portfolio
  • Demonstrated experience connecting disparate groups across platform teams in an organization to accelerate outcomes
  • Understanding of Observability and must have worked in SaaS companies leading teams in platform space .
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment, and ability to influence at all levels to build strong partnerships across organizations
  • Experience attracting, hiring, coaching and developing top talent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering required (science, project management, or business administration) or equivalent work experience

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $$212,000 - $287,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
