As the Principal Product Manager of the new enterprise suite, your role involves creating and developing the next generation of end-to-end service delivery platform for mid-market. The platform aims to help Intuit serve their larger mid-market businesses in a better way. The new platform will allow businesses to save valuable time, make real-time business decisions, and receive expert services as required. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of professionals including engineers, designers, marketers, customer care, professional services, analysts and researchers to ensure that the product service delivery meets the highest standards and expectations.
Responsibilities
- Drive creating a joint vision and plan for providing services across the Intuit Enterprise Platform. This would include outlining our primary service experiences related to onboarding, customization, and integrations. Additionally, we will establish the necessary operational structure and resources needed for continued and successful implementation to deliver customer experiences seamlessly across both product and service experiences.
- The Product Service Delivery Leader is responsible for overseeing the entire life cycle of a product, from research and development to delivery and after-sales support for Mid-Market customers. They must possess a thorough understanding of the market, the competition, and the requirements of Mid-Market customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing and pricing teams to decide on the best way to monetize and package Intuit enterprise services.
- Identify, design, experiment and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, behavioral customer data, and market research.A bias for action and rapid experimentation with a proven track record of delivering results at scale that impact critical business metrics in the short and long
- In partnership with cross functional teams, maintain an accurate blueprint of the product/service experience across the customer experience, expert experience, systems, tools and operations, leveraging data to highlight strengths and opportunities at every stage of the experience.
- The Product service delivery leader is responsible for the entire product life cycle, from research and development through to delivery and ongoing support for MM customers. They must have a deep understanding of the market, the competition, and the needs of Mid-Market customers
- In partnership with the experts team , develop a definition of how the service will be assessed on accuracy, and adherence to standards at every step in the experience map.
Qualifications
- Leadership experience: demonstrated success in a large, complex, global organization and possess the ability to effectively communicate and influence across organizational lines (Expert, sales, marketing and product organizations).
- Bold and strategic thinking: develop new strategies, take big steps to solve big customer problems, and think beyond what is accepted as possible to create a vision that inspires.
- Ability to write and tell compelling, clear stories at all levels of the organization with a confident presence: be a strong communicator who can clearly articulate their vision and execution plan, and inspire teams across QuickBooks to invest in this vision.
- Understand the challenges faced by Mid-Market businesses. Have a passion for helping consumers, small businesses, and the self-employed improve their financial lives. Alternatively, have a proven ability to learn fast and understand dynamics and apply insights/learn from prior experiences.
- Ability to earn trust and respect from senior leaders, peers and functional partners: inspire confidence in the plan and progress, and with a propensity for end-to-end excellence.
- Have the ability to develop a strong point of view combined with the openness to evolving that view based on new data and feedback.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $195,000 - $264,000, Colorado $169,000 - $229,000, Bay Area California $195,000 - 264,000, Southern California $188,500 - 254,500, Washington $177,500 - $240,500, Washington D.C. $182,000 - $246,500. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
