Come join the “Intuit Information Security Team” as a “Senior Security & Risk Analyst” for the Eco-system Fraud Prevention (EFP) Team.  We are developing cutting edge data protection and fraud prevention capabilities. The security of Intuit’s operations, the trust and confidence instilled in Intuit’s stakeholders are of paramount importance to our customers and our organization.

We are seeking a candidate who is a data-driven individual with excellent quantitative, and analytical skills, and a passion for delivering data-driven insights to manage and quantify risks.

In this role, you will be primarily responsible for performing the security risk assessments within the EFP organization. You will apply and leverage security principles along with business processes to secure customer data and sensitive account information. In partnership with cross-functional teams including customer success, enterprise security, data science, compliance, legal and business unit product teams, you will synthesize business objectives and security data protection requirements to align on priorities across the Cybercraft portfolio and coordinate across organizations for execution.

Strong risk management skills, security domain expertise, knowledge of data analytical skills. These capabilities are key for the EFP organization to partner effectively and efficiently in service of delivering on strategy, core priorities and annual goals. This position requires strong analysis, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high impact work on short deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of risk management, information technology best practices, security/privacy/compliance requirements, standards, and frameworks/regulations such as NIST, ISO, FAIR, CCPA.
  • Five or more years of experience in conducting security assessments in business process controls, fraud risks, IT risk management, and compliance related work. Professional certifications in one or more of the following areas required: CRISC, CISSP, CIPP, and/or SANS cyber risk management
  • Experience in developing analysis and dashboards to identify and analyze risks using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Splunk, SQL, and enterprise risk management tools such as Service Now, Archer, etc.
  • Develop and maintain security risk and response artifacts to produce metrics that can measure the overall risk management maturity and progress
  • Strong team player with energy, enthusiasm, detail orientation to produce high quality deliverables and developing persuasive presentations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex ideas in clear concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Security / Cybersecurity / Risk Management / Analytics, related field required, or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product Managers, Business System Analysts, Engineering and other groups in Enterprise Security and Customer Success organization to understand what products are being worked on, what risks are involved, and what security controls need to be implemented to detect or prevent security fraud
  • Lead security risk assessments of Intuit's ecosystem, platforms, and products as it relates to data security, access management, fraud detection/prevention and recommend controls commensurate with the risks identified, develop mitigation plans, and work with internal stakeholders to mitigate the risks
  • Demonstrate ability to balance between strategic initiatives and tactical activities required to run information risk response and remediation efforts.
  • Create dashboards to quantify the impact of risks, monitor KRIs, and identify opportunities for improvement; Identify emerging security and fraud trends and design new security/fraud controls
  • Responsible for providing data analysis that helps to identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks that surface Intuit’s ecosystem to resolution
  • Strong knowledge of security controls for multiple security domains including access management, data loss prevention, encryption methods, network security, and endpoint security
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted advisor within BU and technology owners to influence change and drive ownership and accountability
  • Support the design and implementation of risk management program

The expected base salary range for this position is $ 140,331 - $189,859 / year. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus and equity rewards (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits | Full-Time Employees). The salary offered may vary depending on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Salary ranges are provided for New York City-based roles as required by New York City Human Rights Law.
