Responsibilities

• Drive end to end design and implementation of front end platform capabilities
• Design & Develop full stack solutions  (UX/UI , web services ) 
• Drive efforts to define and implement software development practices to deliver highest quality software products. (unit testing , integration testing etc) 
• Mentoring/Empowering junior engineers, new team members, and applying technical expertise to challenging programming and design problems
• Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams: product management, various product lines, or business units to drive forward results
• Roughly 70-85% hands-on coding

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $161,500-219,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Experience working with Self-Serve Data Platforms. 
• Expertise with front-end tools & technologies is a must (HTML, CSS,  JavaScript). In-depth knowledge working with the following technologies:
• React, Redux, Apollo GraphQL, React hooks.
• Jest, Enzyme, Storybook.
• Webpack
• Expertise in the Software design/architecture process.
• Expertise designing and developing RESTful services. 
• Familiarization with AWS infrastructure and cloud-native technologies.
• Willingness to take initiative and unblock yourself to get things done.
• Ability to deliver work incrementally to get feedback and iterate over solutions.
• Have a passion for working on User facing features and workflows that are highly reliable, maintainable, scalable and secure
• You are easy to work with: you communicate well, take feedback in a positive way and are OK not always doing the most glamorous tasks.

Ideal Candidate would have

• Deep understanding of java script and react
• Experience building front end frameworks at large scale
• Proven track record of innovating and influencing to provide novel and effective solutions to difficult software engineering problems
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial perspective in ideation and implementation
• Experience building web analytics solutions , tracking libraries is a strong plus
