Job Overview
The Tech for Intuit (T4I) People & Places technology team is looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience in Payroll, Time and Absence technology who is a user-centric product leader and can transform the technology that powers our HR product offerings for internal customers. You are responsible for delivering exceptional experiences that support and scale our Payroll and rewards business functions.You are passionate about turning customer needs into high-value product solutions and services. You are a product leader and will drive the product roadmap and execute toward a well-defined vision, meeting or far exceeding industry solutions. You are a customer advocate first and know how to balance that responsibility with the business analytics/metrics that drive success
You will help bring to life our technology vision to foster Intuit culture by empowering our people through consumer-grade human resources experiences that are connected, intelligent, and supported by agile solutions. You will partner with Business CoE’s, Finance and engineering team members to create and deliver integrated, innovative end-to-end employee experiences. You have formally led large, cross-team dependent projects and are comfortable in a player-coach role in the organization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience of payroll technology and process, experience working with ADP.
- 5+ years of Workday Time & Absence experience with an in-depth understanding of business processes including understanding of end-to-end Workday integration points
- Overall experience in a functional role: requirements, systems and process analysis, design, configuration, testing and deployment to production
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to think and lead complex projects simultaneously.
- Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap, prioritize between features and architectural improvements, and establish the operational rigor for building and improving the existing portfolio.
- Must be data and metrics driven with a “win together” mindset and track record of performance excellence, i.e., consistently delivering exceptional results, exceeding targets, and objectives
- High energy, self-starter with a positive mindset and with a "can do" attitude.
Undergraduate degree required. Focus in MS-IS or related field is preferred. Advanced degree is a plus. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve the employee experience, reduce risk and costs, and improve compliance and controls
- You will be responsible for driving the product roadmap for global Payroll 3rd party applications)
- Align with engineering and business stakeholders on their most important business priorities and articulate a vision for how technology can be an enabler and accelerator.
- Create and maintain product and release requirements backlog. Work with the global process owners to negotiate and prioritize enhancements rolled out to the organization. Balance priorities between strategic new development against ongoing production support
- Think broadly and provide innovative options/solutions. Stay abreast of external trends and new suppliers to advise/consult with HR partners to deliver on their strategy and inform the technology roadmap
- Accountable for implementing effective change; creating, maintaining, and reviewing the appropriate quality metrics; and helping to continually optimize and improve product adoption.
- Triage, diagnose, and assign/resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, etc. Serve as the product evangelist, advocating for the customer every step of the way.
- Design future state processes, dashboards, and reports in consultation with users.
- Do rapid experimentation and test potential solutions with end users to get to the desired experience prior to implementation.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is NY $166,222 - $224,888. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
