Customer Overview:
Customer Success is driving Intuit’s transformation to become an “AI-driven expert platform”, innovating on the way customers access expertise and digitizing the services industry. These customer experiences are delivered through offerings such as TurboTax Live and QuickBooks Live, and extend to how customers access help and support through their entire journey, across all of our offerings. Further, Customer Success is responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to our experts – the people on our platform that deliver advice and support to customers.

What you'll bring
Qualifications – About You:
- A current student pursuing an MBA degree, graduating no sooner than May 2022
- Be an expert in agile, scrum or lean startup
- Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities. Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team while building strong relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal
- Entrepreneurial drive and the drive to take on stretch goals in a fast paced and innovative environment
- Formative experiences designing and delivering world-class software products
- Deep customer empathy and curiosity
- Experience in workforce products, human-enabled digital products or 2-sided networks
- SaaS industry knowledge and experience preferred
- Experience defining requirements across web & mobile platforms
- Experience partnering with engineering and design teams to define, build, and maintain products which are critical to growth, engagement, and retention
- Passion for solving problems (large and small). You bring a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset
- Great record of accomplishment via collaboration; people want to work with you again and again
- Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve
- Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones

Product Managers at Intuit take groundbreaking products from idea to reality. Product managers prioritize customer needs, lead agile development, and deliver awesome products and experiences to improve the lives of our customers. Intuit’s Product Management internship program is a selective program that prepares innovative thinkers and team players to be the future product management leaders of FinTech. PM interns at Intuit work on high impact and high visibility assignments that are challenging and rewarding. The program gives them coaching and mentorship from senior leaders and experienced product managers while they bring their ideas and recommendations to life and change the trajectory of our business.

How you will lead
Role Summary and Responsibilities:
As a Product Management Intern, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of winners with a passion for innovation and technology, helping to revolutionize the way the world does business.
One of the largest problems our customers face is lack of confidence - to do their own taxes and to manage their business. This is what causes many of our customers and prospects to seek advice from tax accountants, tax stores, and bookkeepers. Experts on the other hand, want to grow their practice or augment their income.
The power of the virtual expert platform allows us to scale the intelligence of our products, elevating experts to advisors and delivering benefit for customers.
Specific responsibilities and projects will be assigned at the beginning of the internship and may include:
- Develop product/platform roadmap and requirements to solve the biggest needs of customer
- Collaborate with a team of top engineers, designers, marketers, analysts and care
- Create and own your success metrics
- Ruthlessly prioritize the team’s backlog and work across teams to drive work in other areas that deliver value for our customers
- Define an MVP experience and quickly learn and iterate based on customer feedback
- Work with team to communicate the work of the scrum team to leadership, peers, etc.
