Customer Overview:
Customer Success is driving Intuit’s transformation to become an “AI-driven expert platform”, innovating on the way customers access expertise and digitizing the services industry. These customer experiences are delivered through offerings such as TurboTax Live and QuickBooks Live, and extend to how customers access help and support through their entire journey, across all of our offerings. Further, Customer Success is responsible for delivering an outstanding experience to our experts – the people on our platform that deliver advice and support to customers.
What you'll bring
Qualifications – About You:
- A current student (junior year) pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, graduating no sooner than May 2022
- Passion for tech industry and demonstrated interest in business or accounting (such as through major / minor, past work experience, extracurriculars)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and good judgement
- Comfortable spinning up a spreadsheet model / working with information, and creating a slide presentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and a self-starter; curious and enjoys solving hard problems

How you will lead
Role Summary and Responsibilities:
As a Program Management Intern for our Prosperity Career Path team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of winners with a passion for supporting professionals on their career path through certification programs.
The Prosperity Path Programs support live services professionals in Intuit’s Expert Network in earning credentials and certifications, including the enrolled agent tax credential as well as Intuit bookkeeper and tax certifications. New certifications are currently under development in order to fully build out the career path in the Expert Network.
Specific responsibilities and projects will be assigned at the beginning of the internship and may include:
- Establishing strategic partnerships with higher ed and professional services organizations to develop scalable certification and credentialing programs
- Managing certification program performance by partnering with key learning and development and engagement stakeholders
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on certification performance and funnel analytics
- Partnering with product management leaders to establish platform technology requirements
- Demonstrated ability to influence and impact people at multiple organizational levels
- Experience establishing strategic internal and external partnerships across multiple domains
- Strong assessment, prioritizing and contracting skills - key stakeholder analysis and ability to set and manage expectations
- Experience in identifying and managing complex group dynamics and reacting real time to changes in content and/or process
- Ability to think strategically in a complex environment
- Strong project management experience (i.e., planning, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks) exhibiting solid end-to-end thinking
- Strong written and oral communication and listening skills
- Strong experience using Design for Delight (D4D) principles to understand customer needs, test and measure results
- Experience managing data driven outcomes
