Come join Intuit’s Go To Market (GTM) Technology Team as a Group Product Manager responsible for our Sales Technology platforms and capabilities that enable the E2E Sales Cycle for our internal and external sales teams. This Group Product Manager will be integral to partnering with our sales teams to identify their needs, research industry solutions, and establish the vision and strategy. You will prioritize opportunities and develop roadmaps to drive innovative and flexible experiences  that support our global sales organization.

Beyond defining the strategy, this people and product leadership role is responsible for defining and managing the work of product owners that work directly with our technology partners that enable Salesforce and other platforms built to support our sales motions. You will be responsible for directing work assignments, ensuring your team manages their capabilities by creating plans/roadmaps, managing the intake, prioritization, and backlog of work, and develops the product requirements (stories) and aligns delivery with dependent technologies. You will support the team by managing stakeholder and partner relationships, resolving scope-budget-timelines conflicts, reporting on progress, and demonstrating agile expertise. You will manage and build  a team, modeling and helping coach members in developing the product management craft.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture. In addition, this person must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

What you'll bring

  •  8+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management or business process, technology platform, or architecture role
  • Deep experience in enterprise products/applications with an emphasis on Sales, Service, Support, and customer relationship management systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication
  • A strong leader, skilled at storytelling and communication with proven ability to credibly drive conversations with senior leaders
  • Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies
  • A strong sense of urgency to help customers through the ability to identify insights and deliver a quality, innovative experience quickly
  • Undergraduate degree required in computer science, electrical engineering, math, science or other related disciplines (equivalent professional experience will be considered); MBA or advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

How you will lead

  • Owning a product strategy, vision,  and feature roadmap to deliver experiences for the sales agent and partner/reseller community
  • Prioritize and design features for a variety of personas with a focus on reusability
  • Prioritize cross-functional needs to revamp legacy technology through clear product roadmaps
  • Formulate and execute on metrics that move the needle for our sales agents to be more productive, spending less time on administrative tasks and more time selling
  • Drive execution against plan to deliver technology at scale, anticipating risk, and leading discussion via frequent, clear communication, both internally and with partners.
  • Ensure User Stories represent customer needs and define work in a meaningful way, which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives
  • Contribute to improved agile processes that constantly seek to provide predictability of outcomes, set appropriate expectations on timing and scope delivery, and increase development team velocity
  • Manage ISV and vendor relationships, budgets, and partner to influence product roadmaps across user group communities
