With approximately 100 million customers worldwide using products such as TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to prosper. We never stop working to find new, innovative ways to make that possible.
Job Overview
Are you a visionary problem solver passionate about leveraging data to drive business performance, create lasting impact, and shape strategic direction? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can innovate and build solutions from the ground up? If so, Intuit—driven by its values of Integrity Without Compromise and Customer Obsession—is seeking a talented and entrepreneurial Staff Data Scientist to help reimagine the future of our Expert Network.
As part of the ICS Network Topology and Long-Term Planning team within Intuit’s Expert Network, you will play a critical role in advancing workforce strategy, implementing intelligence-led solutions, and enabling Intuit to scale operations with agility, precision, and resilience.
As Intuit’s Expert Network continues to expand in scale and complexity, your work will help ensure intentional allocation of the right labor models, partners, and geographies to meet customer needs. You’ll develop data-driven strategies and build predictive models to optimize cost, flexibility, and continuity, while collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Workforce Management (WFM), Expert Sourcing & Partnerships (ESP), and Finance.
Using state-of-the-art data science techniques, you will integrate intelligence into every aspect of workforce planning to solve complex challenges and create actionable insights that align with Intuit’s long-term business objectives.

As part of the ICS Network Topology and Long-Term Planning team, you will have the chance to shape the future of workforce planning and strategy at a global scale while directly supporting millions of customers and experts worldwide.
If you have a passion for solving complex, high-impact problems, driving data-driven innovation, and influencing strategy within a highly collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. Help us build the future of data science solutions that transform the way we power prosperity.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to design a workforce strategy that balances cost, flexibility, customer experience, and productivity.
- Evaluate the performance of various labor models (e.g., onshore, offshore, nearshore) and align them with organizational objectives.
- Build predictive models and apply advanced analytics to enable intelligence-driven decisions for long-term workforce planning.
- Develop data-driven frameworks to guide footprint planning for agility, resilience, and scalability.
- Clearly communicate insights and recommendations using narrative storytelling and data visualizations, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
