About the CG Business Operations Team:
Business Operations plays a critical role in driving and transforming how we connect across the Intuit ecosystem and operate within the Consumer Group (CG) to achieve Taxes Done for Everyone, supported by an AI-driven expert platform.

Qualifications
We are looking for an individual who can establish rapport, credibility, trust and respect throughout Intuit and is viewed as a team player. CG Business Operations acts as a source of future leaders within the company and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following:
- 6-8 years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company.
- Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains
- Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
- Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large
- Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives
- Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense
- Strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong process and project management skills
- Strong academic record required. MBA, PMP or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Shape and manage the CG’s operating rhythm and planning processes
- Partner with platform leaders to influence operating and planning
- Partner with CG’s senior leaders to jointly problem solve and develop solutions to complex business problems
- Provide focused analytical support to leaders responsible for operational improvements, ensuring execution is set up for success and managed rigorously
- Learn from internal and external best practices and work with business leaders to implement and scale them across CG
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is CA $173,000 - $234,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
