Job Overview

Intuit’s People Experience team, which is part of our People & Places (HR) organization, shapes experiences that maximize the potential of Intuit’s employees. The People Experience team consists of five pillars: Experience Solutions (digital HR experiences), Performance Management & Development, HR Connect (general and expert-level human-assisted support), Employee Relations, and Ethics & Investigations. The Programs & Operations team sits within the People Experience team and drives excellence and efficiency across the People Experience portfolio of programs and operations to enable the organization to move with velocity.

Programs & Operations provides program management, end-to-end thinking, operating solutions, and governance for People Experience programs and projects as well as cross-functional projects that have an employee experience component. The team also manages, measures for efficiency, and enhances operational tools and processes used by the People Experience team. This multifaceted role requires an individual who is a highly organized, results-oriented professional with a strong ability to manage complex projects, optimize operational processes, analyze data for insights, and collaborate effectively with technology teams.

This role reports to the Programs & Operations manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned People Experience programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and iterate on detailed end-to-end project plans and timelines and apply the right program management methodologies, tools, and skills.
  • Drive operating rhythms, execute against plans, track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate program status and outcomes and execute on change management plans.
  • Analyze existing operational processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and design and implement streamlined workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for standardized processes and procedures, including playbooks, training, and governance systems.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to gain insights into program performance and operational effectiveness.
  • Contribute to People Experience’s data strategy by defining and understanding data insights to inform decision-making, optimize program strategies, and shape the work related to employee experiences.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to define requirements for systems and tools and participate in testing and implementation of technology solutions.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams and vendors to ensure alignment.
  • Contribute to or drive complex team initiatives and projects and/or People & Places priorities with outcomes that are well defined.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in program management and operational excellence, with a track record of successful project delivery and workflow management, including experience in an employee-facing HR organization supporting experience design, support services, or HR advisory support.
  • Adaptive critical thinking and judgment.
  • Ability to focus strategically and prioritize to accelerate the delivery of the most important work.
  • Ability to leverage domain knowledge and experience to get up to speed quickly in new areas, execute efficiently and effectively, and identify opportunities to improve solutions so they scale.
  • Learning and growth mindset, including understanding trends and continuously seeking to improve yourself and the experience for employees.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with technology teams and systems.
  • Comfort with HR, program management, case management, and data analytics tools and technology, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, JIRA, and Databricks.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $149,000 - 201,500, Southern California $137,500 - 186,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
