Job Overview
This position is part of Intuit Australia's world-class Sales organisation supporting the Small Business & Self-Employed Group (SBSEG). You will be responsible for supporting the success of accounting and bookkeeping firms (collectively ‘advisors’) as they navigate digitisation strategies for their business and their clients. You will do this by selling Intuit’s products that deliver efficiency, automation and modernisation for advisors within their firms and for their clients’ businesses within a defined geographic territory. This is an individual contributor role ideally suited to an experienced seller ever hungry for sales. You will have a background and demonstrated success in phone based selling. Metrics matter, and delivering against licence volume and revenue targets is critical. The role will involve developing competency in account planning in line with the cyclical needs and nuanced modernisation strategies of advisors, commitment to developing product and industry expertise, delivery of directed work with attention to detail and primary sales capability that is all part of delivering the success of Intuit Quickbooks Australia.

Intuit Australia's Sales organisation is a multi-channel organization focused on building customer confidence by providing Accountants and Small Businesses with the tools they need to thrive. Our Partner Managers are expected to understand how Accountants, Bookkeepers and Small Businesses work, the challenges they face, know the Intuit ecosystem of products, tailor solutions and understand the competitor landscape. Our Partner Managers are truly advisor obsessed, and driven to delight with every interaction.
Qualifications
- A passion and drive for exceptional customer experience and stretch to achieve revenue goals
- Understanding of sales and sales operations processes and tools including Salesforce, Tableau and Excel
- A genuine curiosity for customer needs, deep customer empathy
- Speaking confidence with a direct, compelling style, meaningful for both groups and individuals
- Developing experience managing customer and a pipeline via CRM, forecasting, and conducting sales analysis to support consistent planning and sales attainment
- Primary level competency in:

- 1+ Years fintech experience with an emphasis on SaaS and financial software sales
- 1+ Years sales experience with a consistent overachievement to assigned targets and sales KPI’s
- Experience with accounting concepts and ability to apply these in all stages of the sales cycle and/or exposure to the accounting industry having sold to accountants and/or bookkeepers will be advantageous

- New opportunities for process improvements are surfaced through collaboration
- Exceptional customer experience is enabled by a baseline knowledge of our product suite and the ability to collaborate with other experts in the business
- Customer engagement driven by a personal presence in the market through social media
- Incremental development of time and territory management capabilities delivers expanding value for customers through prioritisation
- Incremental improvement in effectively delivering on-going accurate business forecasts for your territory, including opportunities and risks
- Delivery against licence volume and revenue targets
