Job Overview
The role reports to the AU Sales Director.
Key relationships: Sales Leadership team, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customers and Partners.
Description
You will manage the Three State Team Sales Managers with the objective of driving accelerated growth through existing Intuit Customers.
You will be responsible for building a high-performing team that delivers against the defined objectives for this team. The role will involve coaching and developing Sales Managers, Sales Partner Managers and Agents in line with the Intuit Sales Academy and delivering against GNS and Revenue targets.
Qualifications
Technical Skills: ● Experience working in sales functions throughout a career and leading through managers. ● Deep operations experience with proven ability to improve execution excellence at scale ● Experience developing 1-3 year strategy & planning. ● Proven understanding of sales technology (i.e. Salesforce, Eloqua...) and how to apply it to improve organization productivity.
Experiences: ● Led a Sales team that sells a portfolio of subscription offerings that can be combined to drive solution sales with customers, meeting more of their needs and producing higher ARPC.● Working in innovation-driven technology companies.● Successfully creating and developing go-to-market sales strategies that have led to improved customer retention, value growth, revenue growth and customer acquisition.● People driven prioritizes attracting and inspiring world class talent, succession planning, ensures employee engagement and experience is awesome● Building and inspiring high performing sales teams and demonstrating evidence of developing and implementing execution strategies to effectively lead, coach and balance both team and individual goals.
- Proven ability to engage, energize and enable large, cross-functional teams through defining shared outcomes, framing the work to be done, organizing the team to deliver and establishing op mechs.
- Customer-back mindset and always placing the customer at the heart of the business.
Responsibilities
Responsible for defining, articulating and executing the 1-3 year Au Sales Strategy focusing on the Existing Australian Accountant and Bookkeeper Clients. A key member of the AU Sales Leadership team overseeing the headcount of 20 AU based sales employees.
Sales Strategy and Planning
Own and execute AU’s sales go-to-market strategy and planning across all products into our Existing Client Base over a 1-3 year lens. Using data, research and customer insights to plan and build the go-to-market sales initiatives that result in the growth of QuickBooks market share and increased revenue. Leadership and Talent Management
Full go-to-market accountability across Business Development Managers, Inside Account Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Training and Certification and Telesales teams focused on our Existing Client Base.
Attract and inspire world class sales talent.
Align the sales organization with the business and sales strategy and ensure the capacity to deliver sustainable business growth.
