We are looking for a talented L&D Quality Specialist who is passionate about developing front line team members to deliver exceptional customer service to delight our customers. Our vision for Customer Success is to create consistently delightful customer experiences through a culture of customer-centric thinking that will dramatically impact our Net Promoter Score, retention, and drive revenue growth. We aim to cultivate deep customer empathy by understanding their experience through their eyes. We are looking for someone who can help us instill both quality and learning best practices across a complex network of partner and proprietary Customer Success centers. You will work as a performance consultant with local and global teams to deliver training and elevate the quality of customer experience provided in each of our centers. You will also play a key role in shaping the learning, development, and quality strategies for our dynamic and growing organization.

Qualifications

  • Thought leader and innovator in adult learning space preferred
  • Qualification in Learning, Development, Quality, or relevant experience
  • Experience and understanding of utilizing emerging technology to enhance human learning experience e.g. chatbots, AI & Machine Learning
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working across multiple sites in training delivery/facilitation and deployment of quality practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills with a customer first attitude.
  • Builds strong professional relationships with our external partners
  • Thrives on change and has an infectious ‘can do’ attitude
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and balanced individual who brings ‘can do’ motivation to work every day

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the Quality, Learning and Development strategy for Customer Success Canada
  • Act as the key Learning & Development point of contact for Customer Success
  • In-country subject matter expert for content development, keeps design abreast of regional product changes
  • Training delivery – product release, new hire/refresher training, expertise in soft skills training and ability to
  • Content creation utilizing a variety of adult learning techniques to deliver soft skills training and onboarding partner trainers
  • Manage end to end frontline communication and knowledge to keep teams up to date across multiple locations
  • Conduct regular needs assessments and make recommendations on new training initiatives that will improve the customer experience
  • Ensure Expert readiness through feedback, coaching and certification
  • Support training as needed for front line teams on new systems/process rollout
  • Embrace, learn and lead teams to deliver awesome effortless assisted customer experiences using a quality framework through partnership with global Customer Success Quality team
  • Train customer success team members at all levels on the Quality framework
  • Participate in calibration sessions regularly with the global Customer Success Quality team
  • Leverage Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee data to make recommendations on product, process and training needs
