Job Overview
This position is part of Intuit Australia's world-class Sales organisation supporting the Small Business & Self-Employed Group (SBSEG). You will be responsible for supporting the success of accounting and bookkeeping firms (collectively ‘advisors’) as they navigate digitisation strategies for their business and their clients. You will do this by selling Intuit’s products that deliver efficiency, automation and modernisation for advisors within their firms and for their clients’ businesses within a defined geographic territory. This is an individual contributor role ideally suited to an experienced seller ever hungry for sales. You will have a background and demonstrated success in phone based selling. Metrics matter, and delivering against licence volume and revenue targets is critical. The role will involve expert account planning in line with the cyclical needs and nuanced modernisation strategies of advisors, coaching of new and junior team members, autonomous delivery of projects and expert sales capability that is critical to delivering the success of Intuit Quickbooks Australia.

Intuit Australia's Sales organisation is a multi-channel organization focused on building customer confidence by providing Accountants and Small Businesses with the tools they need to thrive. Our Partner Managers are expected to understand how Accountants, Bookkeepers and Small Businesses work, the challenges they face, know the Intuit ecosystem of products, tailor solutions and understand the competitor landscape. Our Partner Managers are truly advisor obsessed, and driven to delight with every interaction.
Qualifications
- An unwavering passion and drive for exceptional customer experience and stretch to achieve revenue goals
- Expert sales data analysis skills, including Salesforce, Tableau and Excel
- A genuine curiosity for customer needs, deep customer empathy
- Speaking confidence with a direct, compelling style, meaningful for both groups and individuals
- Sound experience managing customer and a pipeline via CRM, forecasting, and conducting sales analysis to support consistent planning and sales attainment
- Expert level competency in:

- 5+ Years fintech experience with an emphasis on SaaS and financial software sales
- 5+ Years sales experience with a consistent overachievement to assigned targets and sales KPI’s
- Demonstrated experience applying knowledge of accounting and accounting practice concepts to all stages of the sales cycle
- A decorated history of sales success
