Come join the Consumer Group (CG), with market leading products in TurboTax, TurboTax Live, Credit Karma, as a Group Product Manager leading a product management team. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for customers and innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way people manage their money.
Every year, the Consumer Group at Intuit helps over 45M customers with their taxes or finances. While we are the market leader in do-it-yourself taxes, we have a broader aspiration to help people be more prosperous and financially free. In addition to creating next-level experiences for TurboTax, we are looking to expand the connection with other ecosystem products with a special focus on growing key customer segments that are greatly in need of personalized year-round solutions. Leveraging our expert network and family of financial products, we want to solve big customer problems with innovative and data-driven solutions.

Qualifications
What we want…• 8+ years of experience building and shipping consumer products, preferably ones that have reached millions of users.• Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent professional experience will be considered• Passionate about solving customer problems (the big ones and the small ones)• A strong leader, skilled at storytelling and communication with proven ability to credibly drive conversations with senior leaders• Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap• Great eye for design, experience with user research and collaboration with designers • Adept at building deep domain expertise in complex business areas to establish customer empathy and trust.• A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communicationThe MojoYou...• Have exceptional drive - driving through designs, ideas, and roadmaps.• Have a learning mindset, curious, bold, self-aware and humble• Have a 'can do' attitude with an entrepreneurial mindset and are comfortable working in a fast paced, unstructured environment• Have a passion to seek a deep understanding of customer needs and turn that insight into a compelling vision and drivers to create solutions that solve important problems for consumers trying to improve their financial lives• Develop and defend strong points of view with data and prototyping tools to bring stories to life; and not afraid to be wrong - but adjusts rapidly to new data• Connect and collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering teams, and strategic partners to drive decision making and execution• Understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs, and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners• Take end-to-end responsibility for the users' success
Responsibilities
As a Group Product Manager, TurboTax Live Innovation in our Consumer Group you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of highly motivated product managers working together to drive innovation to build and expand TurboTax Live across mobile, web and syndicated 3rd party experiences
- Collaborating with TurboTax and Consumer Group growth and platform teams to accelerate ability to deliver consumer finance products.
- Collaborating with engineering, design, and data science to set clear product direction
- Developing a product roadmap, write requirements, and work in an agile environment
- Prioritizing your team’s backlog and work across teams to drive features
- Analyzing data to identify key leverage points in the core product to increase retention
- Designing experiments and establish success metrics to get rapid learning
- Presenting regularly to the core leadership team on project deliverables
