As our Principal Product Manager (MarTech & Forms), you'll drive the creation of intelligent form experiences that not only capture data but fuel business growth. By optimizing list building strategies, you'll empower our customersto expand their audiences, enhance engagement, and ultimately boost their bottom line through highly targeted marketing campaigns.

Building on Intuit's decade-long investment in AI, we're integrating advanced AI and machine learning algorithms into our platform, including our forms. You'll be driving the future of how small businesses connect with their audiences.

Responsibilities

● Build and own both high-level roadmap and detailed delivery plans for forms, zero party data collection, landing pages, and surveys to enhance conversion rates and user engagement● Interact with customers across all business units and functional groups to understand pain points, collect requirements, and seek a deep understanding of customer needs● Use a data/metrics-driven product development approach; define success criteria for roadmap items and demonstrate measurable impact on key performance indicators, including form conversionrates, user experience, and marketing campaign performance● Manage prioritization of strategic features and capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing tools and systems● Lead cross-functional teams comprising architects, data scientists, designers, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions that set new standards in user engagement and data collection● Influence key organization stakeholders and lead change in product strategy, design approaches, and AI adoption● Mentor and coach aspiring product managers, accelerating AI adoption and fostering a culture of innovation

Qualifications

● 5-7 years of Product Management experience in a top tech company, MarTech company, or innovative technology startup, with a focus on B2B SaaS and user engagement tools● Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, best practices in conversion rate optimization, and their application to forms, landing pages, and initial user interactions● Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making in the context of marketing performance and user data collection● Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, and stakeholders across various organizational levels● Passion for creating innovative solutions that solve real user problems and drive marketing success, with a deep understanding of customer needs● Strong background working on solutions related to learning or digital experiences● Excellent organizational, teamwork, and execution skills with the ability to drive work to completion● Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in marketing contexts, particularly in enhancing user interactions and data collection● Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or software engineering background is a plus

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $226,000 - $305,500, Bay Area California $226,500 - 307,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
