Senior Fraud and Risk Analyst

Job Overview
- Opportunity to join Intuit's Ecosystem Trust & safety group and help power prosperity of small and medium businesses around the world
- Innovate, develop and manage strategies and policies that aim to mitigate fraud in leading applications with millions of users
- Manage high scale projects while using the most advanced analytical tools
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership on the fraud policy and strategy for Mailchimp and leading high scale risk projects that include a tight collaboration with global teams (Analytics ,Product, Data engineering, AI/ML, R&D)
- Responsible for establishing fraud policies & constant optimization while getting sound decisions that balance risk,user experience and financial performance
- Taking ownership E2E Constant analysis and research with multiple tools in order to optimize the various risk mitigation methods and mechanisms
- Be the go-to person for anything and everything regarding understanding the Fraud domain, its use cases, and supporting data
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Industrial engineering/Economics/Accounting/Similar field or equivalent relevant experience
- 4+ years of experience doing a quantitative analysis
- Rich experience in SQL, specifically on your current role
- Min 2 years of experience in e-commerce, payments or financial services
- Background in the fraud domain with emphasis on identity fraud - Advantage
- Background in content moderation / community - Advantage
- Able to express your thoughts and ideas in fluent and clear manner
- Able to lead a project, independently and with quick decision making
- Problem solver, able to take a problem and slice & dice it getting to its core and then propose relevant solutions
- Proactive, having a can do approach
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in Splunk, Python - Advantage
