Job Overview

Come join IT Asset Management as a Sr Staff Business Systems Analyst. This small but mighty team builds the technology, governance, and processes that enable Intuit to manage, and optimize its software, and hardware assets.

Responsibilities

A thought leader collaborates across organizations, processes, and systems to assess and leverage technology for Intuit optimization. By synthesizing requirements from multiple business units and driving holistic solutions with business analysts, this leader minimizes customization and emphasizes standard functionality. They address technology issues, risks, and gaps, influencing strategic decisions with senior leadership. As a key contributor to business strategy, they focus on end-to-end operational execution and consistent technology solutions. Responsible for multiple systems or data domains, they partner with business process owners to strategize and drive technology solutions over a multi-year horizon, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategy.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Develop and enforce IT asset management policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of IT assets, from procurement to disposal.
  • Manage and optimize IT asset inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide Data to optimize contracts, and spend.
  • Conduct regular audits and produce reports on IT asset utilization and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, warranty, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with IT and finance departments to forecast budget needs for IT assets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce IT asset-related costs and risks.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IT asset management technology.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $157,500 - $213,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
