Millions of Small Medium Businesses and Mid-Market customers use QuickBooks to run their business. Many of them use QuickBooks Desktop in North America, which is an on-premise offering of a suite of financial management solutions like Accounting,Inventory Management, Workforce Management, Payments etc.

We are looking for a Group Product Manager to manage a portfolio of solutions in QuickBooks Desktop to deliver awesome experiences for our customers while also leading & grooming a team of world-class product managers.

Responsibilities

● Define and lead the vision and strategy for the product, provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal user experience and successful business solutions.● Work closely with Intuit marketing and design teams and with partners to develop delightful customer experiences to connect, acquire, present and manage user’s data and documents● Work closely with architects and engineers to design secure and scalable solutions whileensuring a frictionless user experience● Lead a high performing team of Product Managers● Ability to zoom-in and out across multiple product areas in the portfolio of productsresponsible.● Hands-on product manager who can roll-up the sleeves to get into the trenches with theteam members and be an awesome individual contributor when the need arises for specific projects.● Take a data driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, andcommunicating plan, progress and success● Drive the execution of the product plan, working closely with the product team across allfunctions. You are the product owner for these services● Drive project execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across thedifferent services and teams required for the solution● Work closely with the different Intuit business offering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive to a common goal● Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate visionand motivate people at every level; collaborative working style● Spend time with end-users to understand their pain points, gather insights on how wecan solve some of those big customer problems in a delightful way

Represent the team in presentations, meetings, customer and partner events internallyand externally

Qualifications

● 12 -15 years of experience, with 5+ years in product management, consulting, designingand delivering world-class products in a Product Management role.● Experience with building and leading high performing teams. Track record in definingand delivering awesome products solving big customer needs● Demonstrable Strategic Thinking and Technical depth in SaaS software development -i.e. reading code, architecture and design discussions - with strong engagement withengineering and architecture teams. AI/ML expertise/experience a plus.● Demonstrated success in taking data driven approach and delivering impactful businessresult.● Ability to develop and execute a successful product roadmap● Experience with Agile development and methodologies being the product owner● Proven experience in defining big visions and inspiring teams to deliver new innovations and impactful products.● Track record of working closely with customers, partners, listening and taking a customer-focused approach to strategy and priorities - passion for the customer.● Excellent collaboration skills - leading execution across teams, influencing across organizations.● Good communication skills - in small teams and larger group presentation formats.
