Come join the "Virtual Expert Platform Team" as a "Group Development Manager". Virtual Expert Platform brings experts closer to our customers and leverages cutting edge technology like Generative AI, collaboration utilities and a host of modern technologies.

  • You have an absolute platform focus. Under your leadership, the team will build durable platform strategies and have managed highly scalable systems
  • Balance between platform maintenance and continued AI-first innovation needs.
  • Your team will create and bring customer driven software products to market that simplify and solve for current customer needs while building for the future.
  • To accomplish this you will create a shared vision and build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment with partners across the business (e.g. Program Mgmt, Business Analyst, and Quality Assurance).

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • BE in Computer Science/MS and equivalent work-related experience
  • 7 plus years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products.
  • Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with a minimum of 12-14 years of hands on software development experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams.Adept at articulating the product vision and drive the future roadmap with strong business acumen
  • Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
  • Experience with Agile development and methodologies and SaaS and/or mobile technologies.
  • Solid software development fundamentals (Data Structures, algorithms, problem solving, OO Design, and system architecture) with specialization on end-to-end software development using modern SaaS / public cloud deployments with a DevOps mindset
  • Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams. Proven ability to work well with partner teams to deploy joint solutions.
  • Direct experience and passion for AI/ML a strong plus
  • Strong experience leading design and implementation of robust and highly scalable web services
