Intuit’s Talent Acquisition team is made up of the best in our industry, and we thrive in a dynamic fast-paced team environment.  As a Manager 3 in Intuit's Talent Acquisition team, a vital part of the People & Places organization, you will be a key leader in our transformation journey, directly contributing to our mission of driving a high-performing organization and inspiring top talent to innovate. You will lead a talented and diverse team focused on identifying, assessing, hiring, and mobilizing talent to ensure Intuit's success and enable employees to do the best work of their lives. This role is critical in supporting Intuit's extraordinary growth, particularly within our Product and Technology organizations.

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will support multiple executives in hiring diverse talent. Your focus will be on attracting talent who embody Intuit's Builder Culture, characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit, customer obsession, continuous innovation, boundaryless collaboration, end-to-end ownership, and an AI-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Talent Acquisition: Be the strategic advisor to business leaders, developing and executing diverse talent strategies that directly support Intuit's strategic direction, Bold 2030 Goals, and core values, particularly Customer Obsession. Focus relentlessly on the customer problem in talent acquisition, leveraging data and experimentation to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Manage, lead, and develop a diverse team of recruiters, fostering a culture of shared ownership, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Accelerate team performance in identifying and recruiting "Builder" mindset, emphasizing recruiting expertise, business acumen, and innovative, scalable solutions.
  • Champion a Culture of Excellence and Innovation: Cultivate an inclusive, high-trust environment that encourages constructive debate and calculated risk-taking. Continuously elevate the bar for talent through research-driven targeting and robust assessment methods. Drive the evolution of the Talent Acquisition function through employee feedback and external best practices.
  • Operate as One Integrated TA Team: Collaborate effectively with in-country & global peers to ensure seamless end-to-end talent delivery and contribute to the overall success of the Talent Acquisition organization. Embrace transparency and accountability for results.
  • Translate Strategy into Action & Drive Change: Convert strategic vision into actionable, end-to-end change plans. Lead and energize cross-functional teams to execute these changes, remaining agile and resilient.
  • Leverage Data and Technology: Generate and synthesize data-driven insights from multiple sources to influence decision-making and build cases for change. Maximize the impact of talent acquisition through effective use of tools and technologies, building scalable and automated solutions. Embrace an AI-first mindset within the team.
  • Embody Intuit Values: Role model and embed Intuit's values and behaviors in all talent processes and people experiences, prioritizing a people-first approach with empathy, transparency, and trust. Champion the mission to maximize the potential of Intuit's people.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading and developing a high-performing talent acquisition team in a fast-paced, high-growth Product Engineering organization.
  • Experience partnering and influencing successfully at the senior executive team level in a large product development company (>2000 people preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to influence successfully and achieve goals by partnering across a matrix of peer TA leaders, business leaders, HR partners, HR Centers of Excellence, and external partners.
  • Proven success at developing, mentoring, and managing high-performing teams particularly in times of high growth.
  • Experience supporting technology recruiting is required
  • Typically 12+ years of technical professional recruiting experience in a similar environment, including 4 - 6 years of people leadership experience.
  • This role is expected to work onsite at our Bangalore office operating around our Hybrid principles
