Job Overview

Join the Global Marketing & Communications organization as a Principal Communications Manager within the India Tech communications team. This role will be important in creating and implementing important internal communication programs that educate, engage, and inspire technology employees within the Go-To-Market Technology team worldwide. It'll also connect the India Tech ecosystem with the larger global tech organization. You'll partner closely with leadership and communicators across the Intuit tech ecosystem to drive impactful communications for key strategic tech initiatives and  large-scale campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies, campaigns, and plans to support the goals of the GTM Tech organization.
  • Create compelling tech thought leadership content and internal communication materials, including announcements, presentations, intranet content, talking points, and other relevant communications.
  • Drive proactive internal communication campaigns and programs that highlight the innovation, impact, and culture of the GTM Tech and India Tech teams.
  • Facilitate effective cross-functional communication between the GTM Tech team and other global tech teams, as well as broader Intuit functions (e.g. P&P, Corporate Communications)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the GTM Tech organization, India leadership, Global Marketing & Communications, and other relevant teams.
  • Provide strategic communications counsel to org leaders and other internal stakeholders
  • Manage and improve internal communication channels (e.g., email, intranet, internal social platforms, town halls) to ensure effective delivery and engagement.
  • Measure, track, and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication projects. Send regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of tech communication best practices and emerging trends in AI-powered communications solutions to improve the efficiency, personalization, and impact of internal communications

Qualifications

  • 14+ years of experience in communications at leading technology companies
  • Experience working in a global, matrix organization is highly desirable.
  • Strong storytelling and executive communication skills, with experience crafting narratives for C-suite audiences.
  • Write clear, interesting content for different people by translating technical information, and have great editing and proofreading skills.
  • A proactive mindset toward exploring and implementing new AI-powered communication tools, techniques, and solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop and scale integrated strategic communications plans for global technology teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights to shape content strategies.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment. Flexible, resilient, and adapt easily to change
  • A self-starter who can think strategically and execute with rigor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
