Come join Intuit’s Mid Market Product Development team as a Principal Technical Program Manager. We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to operate as a strategic execution partner to senior engineering and architecture leadership. This role partners directly with the Mid Market engineering leadership team to drive technical strategy, translate it into execution plans, and ensure delivery across the organization. If you’re passionate about solving complex customer problems at scale that help transform the lives of Intuit's most strategic customers, we would love to have you join our team in the Mid Market Product Development Org. Responsibilities

Technical Strategy & Executive Partnership

  • Serve as a strategic partner to MM PD engineering leadership to operationalize technical and architectural strategy.

  • Translate long-term technical vision into execution strategy across MM PD engineering teams and critical partners.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership, enabling alignment and clarity.

Executive-Level Communication & Reviews

  • Own and deliver executive updates, including strategy and decisioning, providing clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.

  • Lead leadership-level technical reviews and demos

  • Ensure executive forums are decision-oriented, concise, and grounded in technical reality.

Cross-Domain Execution & Dependency Leadership

  • Lead cross-team dependency forums across engineering domains.

  • Drive horizontal alignment across Mid Market PD teams and partners.

  • Identify execution risks, architectural misalignment, and dependency bottlenecks; work with leaders to resolve them.

Roadmapping & Planning

  • Partner with engineering leaders to develop and maintain six-quarter capability roadmaps aligned to product and business strategies.

  • Ensure capability roadmaps clearly articulate technical investments, sequencing, and tradeoffs.

  • Track roadmap progress and adjust plans in response to evolving priorities.

Artifacts & Technical Narratives

  • Own high-quality written and visual artifacts, including:

    • Technical strategy documents

    • Execution plans and roadmaps

    • Executive summaries and dashboards

    • CTO-level presentation materials and demos

Set the bar for clarity, rigor, and executive readiness of technical communications.


Qualifications

Required

  • 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering, architecture, or related roles.

  • Proven experience influencing VP-level and C-level stakeholders without direct authority.

  • Strong technical depth and the ability to engage credibly with senior engineers and architects.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly with executive audiences.

  • Demonstrated success driving complex, multi-domain initiatives with significant dependencies.

Preferred

  • Experience in platform or large-scale enterprise systems.

  • Experience supporting BI, data platforms, or AI-driven capabilities.

Prior exposure to CTO-level operating rhythms and executive reviews.
