The Go-to-market team at Intuit is responsible for monetizing, retaining and attracting customers for industry leading Intuit products like QuickBooks, TurboTax and MailChimp. We are looking for candidates with strong technical aptitude and who also have strategy and operations experience and strong execution capability to deliver impactful business results.

We are actively seeking a leader with strong technical aptitude, a strategic mind and incredible operational rigor, someone who is able to influence and navigate a highly matrixed and cross-functional organization. This leader will have a significant impact on Intuit’s Go To Market technology goals by providing strategy-to-execution clarity through streamlining processes, tracking progress across multiple initiatives, financial & resource management, crafting executive-level communications, and driving results across internal teams and external partnerships to deliver breakthrough customer benefits and material growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Strategy and Planning: Serving as the connective link between Intuit and GTM tech, you will break down silos, foster collaboration x-functionally and ensure an end-to-end approach in both strategy and operational rigor across teams.
  2. Operating Rhythm: Design and implement frameworks and operating models that accelerate operational excellence, decision-making, and best practices at scale across the company.
  3. Financials & Resource Management: Establish rigor to meet financial targets, providing executives with insights to drive leadership decisions on investments (people & technology) to achieve highest ROI.
  4. Narrative development: Orchestrate development of executive-level presentations that highlight the outcomes delivered across the strategic partnership ecosystem and their connection to Intuit strategy.
  5. Organization Engagement is how we enable our team members to do the best work of their lives.  It drives improvement in the organization's Pulse score and engagement to be best in class. This includes all-hands meetings, offsites, communications, and initiatives to increase employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company
  • Structured problem solving skills, combined with strong business acumen
  • Proven ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains
  • Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large
  • Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense
  • Strong communications (written/verbal), and senior executive-level presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong process and project management skills
