We are seeking a dynamic and forward thinking Product Manager to lead the vision of our automated preference management platform. We are an intensely passionate group with a bias for action and an expectation that we all are building the next generation of marketing capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for spearheading the creation, execution, and enhancement of user experiences and platform functionalities that empower customers to obtain information and to express their preferences across all of Intuit.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision for a preference management platform that enables compliant and personalized customer communications on their preferred channels, topics across all Intuit products
  • Respect customer’s preferences via data managers for all martech tools ensuring compliance with preferences
  • Ability to understand and communicate the journey of preference management across teams and support development of pipelines to push the preference choices to various Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) when creating new campaigns
  • Define and deliver on durable requirements and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver features for our customers. Drive execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across a wide breadth of different teams working on martech capabilities & other services across Intuit
  • Support onboarding and migration of new organizations with existing preference management solution into the Intuit preference management platform
  • Analyze product data and make iterative product changes based on customer & stakeholder feedback while also measuring value through performance metrics and A/B testing
  • Construct evidenced-based, data-driven communications in support of prioritization, roadmap or a product decision and direction relative to the overall product strategy

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience with a track record for delivering high quality and timely results
  • Proven ability to develop and champion a product roadmap in support of customer needs and company objectives. Proven experience with successfully executing a multi-quarter roadmap for a multi-team, cross-functional organization
  • Skilled in evaluating and assessing the importance of Preference management, martech tools and platforms and the possibilities around them
  • Background and domain understanding broadly in martech including all channel specific compliance needs, data analytics, tag management, governance and data privacy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate the vision and influence people at every level. Excels at stakeholder management and influencing across the organization
  • A creative problem solver, go-getter that partners across the team to deliver customer-led experiences to power marketing use cases
  • Experience with Braze or Eloquea preferred
  • Relevant undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred
