Are you passionate about cloud-scale tools, AI-driven SaaS platforms, large-scale distributed systems, operational analytics, data streaming, and high-availability solutions? Join Intuit’s Development Services and Experiences (DevX) team, dedicated to building foundational capabilities for Intuit’s fl agship cloud-native applications. Our work is guided by high standards of scalability, reliability, quality, and security, and deeply engages with open source communities, including CNCF and GraphQL.We seek a product manager experienced in large-scale platforms, skilled in technical execution, customer empathy, strategic partnership-building, and business-impactful outcomes. Your role will focus on cloud, reliability, observability, and innovation in Intuit’s SaaS product strategy, working closely with Kubernetes, AWS, analytics, and highly scalable distributed systems. You’ll actively contribute to open-source initiatives to enhance Intuit’s industry presence.

Responsibilities

- Defi ne vision and strategy for multi-cloud products; lead critical customer requirements identifi cation and roadmap defi nition aligned with business goals and OKRs.- Collaborate across teams to achieve >4 9s availability and exceptional performance.- Effectively manage dependencies, priorities, and communication across diverse groups.- Prioritize using data-driven approaches; clearly defi ne and communicate success metrics.- Demonstrate deep customer empathy and advocate for a superior user experience.- Promote reliability and observability through internal and external technical forums.- Act as a product evangelist at industry events and community engagements.- Engage with Intuit’s broader product management team, representing customer and developer needs.- Utilize expertise in containers, serverless architectures, and SaaS application platforms.- Leverage deep experience in AWS/GCP/Azure environments, including security best practices.- Develop strategic product roadmaps, clearly articulating execution plans.- Apply AI and data analytics to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.- Drive product strategy, delivery, and integration within cross-functional teams.- Demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication, infl uencing diverse teams effectively.- Defi ne and track relevant KPIs to ensure product success.- Contribute expertise in load testing tools to benchmark and assess market competition.

Qualifications

Technical Skills- 5+ years product management experience in large-scale distributed cloud platforms.- Expertise with AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services.- Deep understanding of cloud architecture best practices, including compliance, security, and reliability.- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containers, orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).- Proven ability to drive roadmap and strategy for cloud operations and developer platforms.- Strong skills in customer research, data analysis, stakeholder management, pricing models, APIs, integration, and cost-benefi t analysis.- Experience managing adoption metrics and performance optimization.- Demonstrated success in developing training, resources, and best practices for cloud adoption.Leadership Skills- Effective communicator with proven success infl uencing across teams and organizational levels.- Ability to clearly articulate strategic roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans.- Skilled in Agile methodologies, backlog grooming, and prioritization.- Technical background with previous hands-on development or engineering experience.- Proven track record of delivering impactful products through visionary leadership.- Demonstrates end-to-end responsibility for product success, working closely with customers and stakeholders to foster a customer-centric approach.
