In this role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge solutions to enable speed and agility through the development experience. Responsibilities

● Develop and maintain the GenAI Code Generation tools and platforms.● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deployAI-powered developer tools● Enhance the developer experience by integrating GenAI capabilities into thedevelopment workflow● Implement best practices for AI model integration, including prompt engineering,fine-tuning, and deployment.● Drive the adoption of GenAI tools across the organization by providing trainingand support to developers.● Continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of the GenAItools.● Contribute to the roadmap and strategy for GenAI-powered development at Intuit.

Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience working in an enterprise hosting complex systems● Programming language experience is a must have e.g Java, Python . Familiaritywith jar and war structures helpful● 1+ year of experience working with front-end development using React.js● Experience with cloud infrastructures like AWS or Azure or GCP● Experience with and Strong understanding of container systems (Docker) andcontainer orchestration (e.g. ECS/EKS, Kubernetes)● Ex8+ Experience with back-end integration, web services & APIs, GRPS,REST/OData/GraphQL, JSON, XML, ProtoBuf etc.● Ability to evaluate design approaches, tools etc., build frameworks and improveexisting systems.● Experience with build systems, CI/CD tools (like AWS DevOps, Jenkins),application analytics/monitoring● Experience with git and github repositories● Experience with Nexus and Artifactory.● Experience using package managers, including yum, rpm and apt● Strong Linux/unix background and Advanced bash scripting knowledge● Strong understanding of security best practices in coding and operations.Vulnerability management experience is a plus● Experience with metrics, monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk,Wavefront, AppDynamics, Prometheus, Pagerduty● Experience working in a cross region setup collaborating with multiplegeographically separated engineering centers while delivering business value● Having experience in building AI/ML application using Lang chain, AWSSagemaker , google datalab etc will be advantageous● Having experience in data vector embedding will be advantageous.How you will lead● Good communication skills. Must be able to manage multiple customers patientlyand resolve issues without friction.● Must be good with troubleshooting. Should be able to set up and use the rightmonitoring, alerting, logging systems in addition to looking at new issues that donot have data in these systems.● Should be a self-starter, quick learner, self-motivated and able to runindependently .● Expertise as the technical subject matter expert: Mentoring fellow engineers,demonstrating technical expertise, and leading a small team solving challengingprogramming and design problems● Ability to Work cross-functionally with various Intuit teams across US and Indiatime zones
