Job Overview
Overview Come join Intuit’s Go-To-Market Technology and Operations team as a Senior Product Manager. We are an intensely passionate group with a bias for action and an expectation that we all are building the next generation of marketing capabilities underpinned by data, orchestration, and AI.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have:
● A strong product management background
● Proven experience in building communications capabilities for owned channels (e.g. email, push and SMS)
● Led adoption and scaling of communications capabilities at a large-scale, complex enterprise
● Proven communication skills, the ability to drive change in a matrixed environment
● A perspective of the application of GenAI in the marketing domain
● A reputation for being a high performing, creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and a track record for delivering high quality and timely results
● A high degree of fl uency in Tech and Data
● Experience working with vendors to build strong relationships and infl uence their roadmaps
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
● 5+ years of product management experience with technically complex, platform products operating at signifi cant scale
● 2+ years designing and delivering world-class customer communication products that solve complex organizational needs, specifi cally in large organizations with diverse needs
● Deep customer empathy and curiosity that’s paired with knowledge of how to gather and synthesize business needs
● Proven ability to develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of customer needs and company objectives
● Technically conversant and forward thinking in areas of owned-channel activation, orchestration, AI and marketing optimization
● Skilled in evaluating the competitive landscape, identifying compelling solutions, analyzing technologies, and assessing the importance of emerging tools and platforms
● Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills; ability to persuade, communicate the vision and motivate people at every level
● Relevant undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred
