Job Overview
Come join the Developer Services & Experiences (DevX) team at Intuit India, in Bangalore, as a Staff Software Engineer – Analytics Platform. Your responsibility will include solving for Observability at Enterprise-level! We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Drives the design, development, and deployment of Observability solutions using GenAI and LLM’s.
- Executes projects leveraging GenAI and LLM (Open AI / Gemini models or other open source large language models) and takes them into production systems, ensuring robustness, scalability, and maintainability with large-scale LLMs in the 10s to 100s of billions of parameters.
- Demonstrate a solid proficiency in Python and related AI/ML libraries, and the ability to write high-quality, maintainable code while working collaboratively.
- Works with Embeddings and Vector Databases and frameworks such as Langchain, Agentic approaches and LangGraph.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of Gen AI paradigms such as Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture and prompt engineering techniques in the projects to build chatbots and prompts for o11y data.
- Developing and implementing methods that extend and improve model capabilities, reliability, and safety. Rigorously evaluating these, communicating the results of your findings, and putting those that are useful into production.
- Creates robust, scalable, and secure technical designs, effectively implementing them to balance short-term and long-term objectives, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of applications
Qualifications
- 9+ years of relevant experience
- Keeping up to date with the research literature and thinking beyond the state of the art to address the needs of our users.
- Strong AI/ML concepts including Deep Learning and experience in one of the following popular ML frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
