We believe everyone should have the opportunity to prosper and we never stop working to find innovative ways to make that possible.

Our mission is to ensure the experience of paying and being paid is as seamless, personal, and ubiquitous as possible. As a Staff Product Manager on the Intuit Embedded Fintech team, you'll be responsible for helping shape this experience, thus impacting the business growth and engagement.

Intuit’s Embedded Fintech platform orchestrates the movement of money between all users on our products (consumers, small businesses, vendors, contractors, etc.), facilitating money-in and money-out at the scale of 10s of millions per day. To achieve our long-term growth ambitions, and our Intuit mission, International (EMEA, APAC and ROW) is a must win growth opportunity. Embedded financial services are a critical need for our International customers, and therefore building International money movement capabilities is foundational to winning globally. We are building a global ready, compliant and extensible money movement solution to iteratively deliver value to our customers across geos and product offerings (payments, payroll, capital, banking) while optimizing for the unique circumstances and strategic considerations of each market.

We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to spearhead our International roadmap. In this pivotal role, the Staff Product manager will lead efforts to bring to life delightful experiences that will solve the most pressing problems for our global customers (e.g. getting paid, paying others). This is a high-stakes position that requires strategic leadership to ensure our fintech solutions scale globally to not only meet but exceed the financial needs of our global customers, fostering growth and innovation across Intuit.

  • Build functionality that spans multiple product lines while thinking of global solutions. The role demands both, seeing the big picture and identifying strategically meaningful problems, as well as the ability to investigate opportunities for significant product changes that are a business enabler and engagement driver
  • Demonstrate customer obsession by being a champion for the user experience with deep customer empathy
  • Effectively manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across different groups at Intuit toward consistent product delivery aligned with common goals
