Job Overview

Intuit is a global platform company that is on a mission to power prosperity around the world for consumers, small businesses and the self-employed. Across our leading brands – Turbo Tax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp – Intuit serves over 100M customers and is one of the few companies in the world to have both a thriving consumer and small business ecosystem. Intuit is known for its innovation track record, customer centricity, and its consistent recognition as a top place to work.

The Consumer Group (CG) is transforming its Product Management function to drive innovation with velocity, customer-centricity, and data-informed strategic bets. Within the Consumer Group, TurboTax is a >$4.5B business today, yet the opportunity still ahead of us is much larger. Although we deliver a category-leading online DIY tax software for nearly 40M filers, there are still 85M American consumers who spend too much time and money on inefficient and expensive tax prep services.

This Director role will lead one of our most critical entrepreneurial missions: driving massive growth in the $22B Live Assisted Services market. This role will lead a cross-functional team that is disrupting the current paradigm in a fragmented market of offline services with limited technology and opaque pricing. The Director will be responsible for setting the vision, strategy and delivery of growth focused outcomes. As part of delivering the world’s best technology-powered expert tax service, we have invested heavily in scalable, proprietary AI-assisted features to improve the customer and expert experience over the past 10 years.

This leader will systematically evaluate and prioritize the most important 0-to-1 growth bets for the Live Assisted Services strategy and drive outcome-focused execution against them with speed, quality, and customer obsession.  This leader will help transform the PM organization through hiring, coaching, and mentoring to ensure the team drives industry-leading innovation and breakthrough adoption while maintaining a high quality bar.
