Join our MarTech organization as a Senior Engineering Manager and drive the future of marketing technology. We are looking for a leader to spearhead one of the most influential teams in our ecosystem, responsible for crafting seamless, scalable, and personalized marketing technology solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping our platform innovation strategy, enabling rapid adoption of new offerings, and ensuring flawless integration across MarTech tools that service diverse customer needs. Your impact will directly enable variability in experiences, accelerate time-to-market, and create AI-powered solutions that redefine customer engagement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and refine our marketing technology platform’s core integration patterns.
- Define and evolve reusable and extensible architectures that accelerate adoption across internal tools, third-party platforms, and partner ecosystems.
- Drive seamless integrations with first-party, second-party, and third-party services.
- Develop modern, intuitive customer experiences that feel native to each platform and effortlessly adapt to changing personas and journey stages.
- Define the engineering roadmap to enable rapid scaling of our marketing technology solutions.
- Ensure innovations are production-ready and drive measurable business impact.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing engineering team.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and ownership.
- Prioritize professional development and empower engineers to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure robust operational frameworks to deliver highly available, scalable, and secure marketing technology solutions.
- Collaborate with product management, designers, and marketing leaders to translate ambitious visions into actionable plans.
- Influence cross-functional partners to align behind technical and strategic goals.
Qualifications
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years as a manager leading high-performing, impactful engineering teams.
- Good understanding of marketing technology platforms, campaign orchestration systems, and integrating tools across diverse feature sets (e.g., CRM, CDP, marketing automation platforms).
- Passionate about AI-first approaches with demonstrated experience in implementing AI and machine learning solutions that improve decision-making and precision in marketing tech.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable, extensible platforms and embedding seamless experiences into partner environments like marketing automation tools, ad-tech networks, or social platforms.
- Strategic mindset combining business acumen with technical innovation, navigating technical complexities to deliver modular, multifaceted solutions.
- Proven ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity.
- Track record for mentoring technical talent and scaling engineering organizations.
- Dedicated to building customer-first solutions through end-to-end journey mapping and driving value for end-users in every engagement.
- Confident communicator skilled in managing up, influencing cross-functional stakeholders, and serving as the technical face of MarTech innovations internally and externally.
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
