spearhead the development of a cutting-edge Prospecting and onboarding ecosystem that sets new standards for innovation and reliability.

Qualifications

6+ years of experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products
Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with strong business acumen
Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience (preferably AWS tech stack, Java)
Desire or experience working with Fintech, Regtech, Digital Onboarding, Crypto, and virtual currencies
Expertise in system design in distributed systems
Understanding in building or integrating functional AI models using techniques such as LLM prompting, AutoML modeling, etc into customer facing applications and services.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and SaaS technologies
Preferably experience working with global teams, especially in the US
BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $231,000 - 312,5000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
