Job Overview
Join the Fintech team as a Manager 3, Software Engineering, Fund Distribution Join the Intuit Fund Distribution team and revolutionize the way people get their tax refund early or pay for their taxes. As a leader of this team, you'll spearhead the development of a scalable, reliable and high performing Fund Distribution and Router platform and team.
Collaborate with a dream team of product visionaries, design maestros, engineering wizards, data science gurus, legal and compliance experts to:
- Craft a technical vision that disrupts the status quo
- Build a scalable and reliable Money transfer platform that enables effortless entitlement of products across our ecosystem
- Drive execution with precision and passion
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic thinking and results-oriented execution
- Build high-performing teams by placing the right people in the right roles at the right time
- Foster innovation by encouraging new ideas and leading by example
- Inspire and empower engineers to bring their best ideas forward, leveraging deep DS/ML and AI technologies in solving customer problems
- Create and launch customer-driven software products that address current needs and build for the future
- Develop systems, services, and product features with immediate customer impact
- Create a shared vision and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with partners across the business
- Demonstrate patience, resilience, and the ability to thrive in challenging, ambiguous, or intense situations
- Display humility and courage in proposing, developing, and defending ideas passionately
- Continuously improve workplace efficiency by adjusting processes, organizational structures, and tools

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California $231,000 - $312,000
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products
- Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams
- Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with strong business acumen
- Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8-12 years of hands-on software development experience (preferably AWS tech stack, Java)
- Desire or experience working with Fintech, Regtech, Money Movement like RTP, FedNow, Crypto, and virtual currencies
- Expertise in system design in distributed systems
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and SaaS technologies
- Understanding in building or integrating functional AI models using techniques such as LLM prompting, AutoML modeling, etc into customer facing applications and services
- Preferably experience working with global teams, especially in the US
- BSc/MSc in Computer Science or equivalent work-related experience
