Job Overview
Come and join the Platform and Development Xceleration Group (PDX) organization as a Manager 3, Strategy and Planning. We are looking for creative problem solvers with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way our organization operates to accelerate and enable other teams at Intuit and help to power prosperity around the world for our customers. In this role, you will be part of the PDX Technical Program Management leadership and responsible for building a best-in-class team responsible for 1) managing PDX organization’s investments to deliver technical and business priorities, 2) build processes, tools, automation and excellent data management to enable quick data-driven decisions and 3) drive the end-to-end PDX operating rhythm and planning processes in alignment with the border Intuit processes.
Responsibilities
● Developing and maintaining operational mechanisms for PDX Tech teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and efficiency.
● Collaborating with HR, Finance and other partner teams to ensure GTM Tech teams are plugged into relevant operational mechanisms.
● Supporting the Director of PMO and BizOps, and PDX Tech leadership team, by ensuring operational mechanisms are optimized, executed, and documented.
● Working closely with comms to create and implement an effective comms strategy and voice, and developing presentation assets with the support of the comms team.
● Partnering with Finance and Procurement to develop and monitor a holistic view of PDX Tech teams' spend and identify opportunities for savings.
● Coordinating 3/1 year planning efforts.
● Overseeing team-wide initiatives, such as diverse vendor spending, cross-functional priorities, etc.
● Supporting ad hoc and unexpected cross-functional projects.
● Developing and continuously renew PDX Tech team processes.
Qualifications
● 10+ years of work experience in roles that were delivering impact across an organization. Examples include experience in a top tier consulting rm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and/or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company
● Structured problem solving skills, combined with strong business acumen
● Proven ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into compelling narratives for different audiences
● Demonstrated ability to understand end-to-end processes and come up to speed quickly on new business domains
Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact on the business
● Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on issues within teams and the company at large
● Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the capacity to build strong relationships with senior executives
● Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving and a keen business sense
● Strong communications (written/verbal), and senior executive-level presentation and facilitation skills
● Strong process and project management skills
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $221000-287000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
