Come join Intuit as a Principal Financial Analyst.

We are responsible for the overall financial processes and consolidation of key business results across Intuit. In addition, we develop strategic data driven insights and partner with key senior leaders to execute our vision of being the “champion of those who dare to dream”.

We are looking for a creative problem solver with a passion for innovation to join our team and revolutionize the way the world does business. 

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate Intuit results for customers, revenue, and expenses to deliver data driven insights on business performance and future implications for senior finance and business leaders
  • Create executive presentations to deliver cohesive storylines for Intuit to Board of Directors and Sr. Intuit Staff.
  • Lead 1 and 3-year strategic planning and forecast processes across Intuit
  • Thoughtfully lay out dashboards and reporting to drive executive insights and decision making in support of our strategic and financial plans
  • Drive various analyses that deliver data driven insights in a structured manner to promote business outcomes that accelerate our growth trajectory
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on strategic initiatives to deliver awesome results to the senior leaders and broader finance teams

Qualifications

  • BS in Finance or Economics (MBA Preferred) or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years relevant experience in a highly dynamic finance role (Global experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of investment management in a high growth Technology company (preferably SaaS)
  • Self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to both lead and drive analysis
  • Trusted business partner who delivers operational excellence by understanding the needs of the business and identifying opportunities to improve financial results
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem solving, and financial modeling skills
  • Excellent collaboration skills, ability to work well within teams, and ability to coordinate across multiple organizations
  • Strong communicator with proven ability to synthesize data into clear, direct and actionable senior Executive deliverables (e.g. dashboards, presentations, etc.)
  • Passion for problem-solving, comfortable with ambiguity, creative and able to juggle multiple priorities

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $169,000 - 229,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
