Job Overview
As Intuit Enterprise Suite expands its footprint in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segment, the need for compelling, strategic content that maps our solutions to customer needs has never been greater.
As the Principal Marketing Manager, Product Go-To-Market Lead, you will define and execute the integrated marketing strategy and content strategy that elevates our enterprise narrative, creating high-impact materials that resonate with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Teams, and IT Decision-Makers. You’ll craft audience campaign strategies, including channels and messaging, executive decks, roadmap content, sales enablement assets, and thought leadership materials that position Intuit as the go-to partner for growing businesses. This role will also lead the build out of our product and GTM release milestones.
This is a high-visibility, strategic role that will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadershipteams to ensure our enterprise messaging is data-driven, customer-centric, and competitive.
Responsibilities
● Drive integrated marketing point of view, leveraging deep audience insights and B2B audience expertise to inform channel strategy, including existing approaches and spearheading and building out new channels (events, partners, new influencer audiences)● Develop and execute the content strategy for Intuit Enterprise Suite and Quickbooks, ensuring messaging aligns with Mid-Market customer needs.● Create high-impact sales and marketing assets, including one-pagers, vertical decks, roadmap presentations, and thought leadership content.● Own and evolve key narratives that communicate our product value and differentiation to Mid-Market and Enterprise buyers.● Lead release cycles and help build out our product and GTM release process and strategy● Craft executive-level content for top-to-top meetings, analyst briefings, andstrategic enterprise discussions.● Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership) to ensure content is aligned with business objectives.● Develop industry-specific messaging that resonates with finance and operations teams across multiple verticals.● Leverage data and insights to create compelling storytelling that highlights market trends, customer success, and Intuit’s innovation.● Support competitive positioning efforts, ensuring our messaging is differentiated in the ERP/financial software space.● Scale content across teams, enabling Sales, Marketing, and Leadership withready-to-use messaging and materials.Comp Details:
Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:
Bay Area California 190000-257000
Southern California 180000-243500
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits).
Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
Qualifications
● 8+ years of content marketing, product marketing, or thought leadership experience in B2B SaaS, ERP, or financial technology.● Strong storytelling and executive communication skills, with experience crafting narratives for C-suite audiences.● Proven ability to create decks, one-pagers, and roadmap materials that drive enterprise engagement.● Experience in vertical-specific messaging for Mid-Market and Enterprise buyers.● Ability to translate complex financial and operational concepts into clear, compelling content.● Excellent collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally in Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.● Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to use insights to shape content strategies.● Understanding of the Mid-Market ERP and financial software competitive landscape
