Drive exponential growth in Intuit’s newest and most ambitious product launch to date by leading the development of innovative commercialization strategies for the Intuit Enterprise Suite!

Join us as the Principal Product Manager of Mid-Market Commercialization and become a part of a visionary global team focused on disrupting the small business mid-market. You will spearhead the definition and execution of state-of-the-art commercial capabilities in support of the Intuit Enterprise Suite, our groundbreaking new platform designed to serve the unique needs of rapidly growing mid-market customers.

We are seeking out an ambitious PM with a proven track record of successfully implementing go-to-market technology while collaborating with diverse teams spanning user experience, development, sales, marketing, finance and data analytics. Your deep understanding of lead-to-cash workflows, monetization strategies, and the solutions required for accelerating growth in an enterprise environment will be key.

Moreover, your expertise in building robust platforms by leveraging deep technical knowledge, prioritizing customer needs, demonstrating exceptional execution skills, and nurturing strong business relationships will be crucial to deliver scalable platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding and subject matter expertise on Intuit’s mid-market product offerings and how they can best be monetized
  • Lead product strategy in identifying, defining, validating and prioritizing foundational mid-market go-to-market capabilities across a portfolio of customers, products and use cases
  • Architect forward-thinking product roadmaps that bridge immediate practical use cases with a visionary future state
  • Define, prioritize and communicate the requirements for new and existing systems that will support and scale commercial launches
  • Inform the evolution of Intuit’s mid-market business model based on customer conversations, competitive benchmarking, data analysis, in-market experiments and your own insights
  • Foster strong collaboration with cross-functional partners to overcome obstacles and ensure rapid progress

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years designing and delivering world-class products in a Product Management role, preferably for a SaaS based software company focused on the mid-market or enterprise
  • Experience building or leveraging go-to-market enterprise business and monetization platforms is a plus
  • Skilled in business and systems analysis with a knack for translating these into scalable platform requirements
  • Exceptional project management skills with the competence to oversee and navigate multiple complex projects concurrently
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide diverse and distributed cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting
  • Comfortable working within a globally dispersed team
  • Experience operationalizing product plans and communicating results and help needed across all levels, from core team members to senior leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in computer science, engineering or business designation or equivalent relevant experience

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $232,500 - $314,500, Colorado $206,500 - $279,000, Bay Area California $236,000 - 319,000, Southern California $213,500 - 288,500, Washington $216,500 - $293,000, Massachusetts $216,500 - $293,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit®: Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
